We went to Russell Dean's in Mytholmroyd to look for a mobility chair for myself. We were greeted by a sales assistant called Chad. He was very helpful and made us feel very welcome, he offered us good advice on the items we were interested in. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we purchased two mobility chairs and a new mattress. The delivery service was excellent and the goods arrived on time as promised. Both delivery men were courteous and despite access to the property being difficult nothing was too much trouble. Both sales and delivery men were excellent. Well worth the visit, would call again.

Jackie took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and her excellent product knowledge led me to finding my perfect new furniture. She put my mind at rest by offering me flexibility with my order prior to my house move.

We visited the store after previous conversation with Laura and sample materials were received. Laura was knowledgeable about the sofa range we were interested in and was able to give us a quote on all the items in the range and possible upgrade of seating cushions. We went home to do a final measure to make sure it was the correct sofa. On our return Laura was again super helpful and friendly and we placed the order. Laura again gave us all the payment options and delivery options ie if we needed our old sofa taking away. We decided to do this option. Laura kept us up to date with emails and delivery dates. On the day of delivery the drivers arrived on time. They were pleasant and friendly. I would definately recommend Russel Dean

After weeks of trawling around the usual suspects without any luck in finding a sofa, we finally made it to Russell Dean after numerous recommendations to take a look. Great shop split over numerous floors. Lots of choice. Defo some different pieces to look at. We finally found our sofa of choice and Jackie was excellent in helping us confirm our fabric choices and finalise the deal. Would recommend most definitely 👌

We came to visit the store and stumbled across our new bed, was helped out by Samantha. From ordering the bed through to delivery, couldn’t have been anymore fast or helpful so thumbs up to Sam! Delivery drivers Paul & Paul were great, lovely chaps and no messing, had the new bed up in minutes. I recently visited the store in Mytholmroyd, and was faced with the dilemma of the choice of a sofa- there were so many beautiful sofas to choose from! Went to the store at hebden bridge Mytholmroyd was helped by Chad ogden what a friendly professional young lad no pressure genuine advice even made me two cups of coffee .I wouldn't shop anywhere else now recommend highly quality furniture and the deals are great .

Visited the store on 01/10/22 and liked the way we were allowed to browse without being pressured. When we did need assistance we were served by Chad Ogden who was very attentive, polite and friendly and generally a pleasure to deal with. We made a purchase and all was explained clearly with no pressure to take on optional extras. We will be returning in the future.

We recently bought a lovely Table and 6 chairs from Russell Deans this was our third visit as we had also purchased some leather furniture, the Salesman a Mr. Mark Huntington was exceptionally helpful, his knowledge of the furniture industry is second to none he was so very helpful, and we would have no hesitation of recommending Russell Deans as a great shopping experience.
