Our first visit to Russell Dean and we were really impressed. A great store with lots of space and a wide choice of furniture. Products were all well set out and easy to access. We were assisted in our choice of a new three piece suite by Laura. It was much appreciated to be helped by her in her friendly, professional and knowledgable way. She was never intrusive, but always available to advise and explain as required, and then process our order in an efficient way. An excellent shopping experience.

We had our first experience of Russel Dean's furniture and service on Saturday. We found their showroom had a very professional and relaxed atmosphere, with high quality furniture and and an excellent service from Syka, the assistant who helped us choose a sofa.

When visiting the store at the weekend we met Syka who was a delight, and offered just the right amount of help without being pushy. We showed Syka pictures of our lounge and she showed us furniture that would compliment our room. It was easy to choose the correct suite, and Syka ran through all the procedure to purchase, the way to look after the furniture, and delivery etc, in an effortless way. We have recently purchased some furniture from Russell Dean. On our second visit we met Laura who was extremely knowledgeable, she guided us through the different options available. It is important to us not to feel pressured when choosing things and Laura was excellent in the way she left us to ponder, but then was ready to spend time with us advising on fabrics and colours. An excellent experience, thank you Laura.

We have just purchased a number of items from this store. What a great choice, something for all budgets. Staff very helpful but Syka was our sales person who looked after us through the buying process. She was very knowledgeable about the products, getting to know our likes and dislikes. Our visit to Russell Dean was during the Covid pandemic. It was a very positive experience and we felt safe. Syra who served us was helpful and knowledgeable without pressurising us. We would highly recommend this store.

Excellent service throughout the whole process. Particularly from Josh Chapman the salesperson up north .Delays and faults were dealt with efficiently by staff over the phone . Delivery by Hereford store Annetts was first class . We have no doubt that the delivery of a replacement piece will go just as smoothly .

Our first visit to the showroom was in July and our order for several pieces of furniture was fulfilled this week. Our initial impression was excellent. Mark greeted us and was attentive and helpful without being pushy. He was knowledgeable about the products and bettered quotes from other retailers. We had to wait for our products to be made and during the waiting period we were kept well informed by email.The delivery service was impressive throughout from the phone call organising the date to the men involved on the day who were courteous and thoughtful. They were careful to avoid marking our flooring and handled the goods professionally taking their time to ensure everything was undamaged and in the right place. All packaging was removed. Overall from start to finish our experience with Russell Dean was excellent.

Great service from Syka. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Shopping at Russell Dean is a very pleasant experience. There is plenty of choice in a lovely, modern environment. The manager, Alan, was very helpful too. We look forward to returning when we are shopping for furniture next time.

We went to Russell Dean to look at suites and were served by Syka. She approached us and asked if we needed any help at a suite we’re looking at and then stayed away and did not pester. Came back a little later and advised us there was another similar suite in that direction but did not point it out. Syka came over at our request as we pondered between the two and then the fabric. Once we had made our decision she was first class in the subsequent procedures.

My husband and I went into Russell Dean last week as we have recently moved and will be furnishing all our house. Therefore we wanted a good browse around as we have quite a lot of rooms to furnish. We hadn’t been in the store too long and were very rudely told off by a man who we found out was the actual store manager!! People tend to forget in these uncertain times about the whole social distancing measures, I understand that, however there are ways in which you can be reminded, rather than be told off and humiliated in front of other customers. We asked a different member of staff if we could speak to the manager to complain about this mans attitude. That is when we realised that this rude obnoxious man WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER! Well in our opinion if the General Manager of the store was so rude and obnoxious then what would the staff in Russell Dean be like? We walked out without even looking around, feeling extremely disappointed as we had travelled over 45 minutes to get there in the first place! We had decided to visit Russell Dean because it was a recommendation from friends. Unfortunately we will NOT be shopping from there. If you do go there make sure you do not have any contact with the General Store Manager!

Having visited twice over the weekend, first for an occasional table, followed the next day for a couple of sofas. Both times served by Laura in a friendly, no-pressure and knowledgeable way. This is how furniture shopping should be done.
