This was my 1st visit to Russell Dean. I was looking to buy a king size mattress of which they had a vast range of. The show rooms are modern, spacious and well lite. All the staff I met there were very friendly and welcoming. I was assisted by Samantha whose in depth product knowledge made my job of choosing a mattress easier. She was very attentive, there was no pressure or hard sale. Great customer service and a very pleasant experience just as it should be. I'll for sure be returning very soon.

I just can't fault the service we received. I didn't expect the range to be so wide either. It took less than half an hour to find a great sofa and best of all, no hard sell. Thanks Josh! Nice to be able to support a local business too. Definitely going back.

First visit to Russell Dean Furniture Mytholmroyd. What a well set out store, so easy to walk round with a lift all floors. All Covid safety precautions in place making it a worry free. Friendly staff who asked if we were okay and left us to look round. A big thank you to Miriam who answered all our questions, helped us with our purchase and made the whole experience enjoyable.

We once again visited Russell Dean and were not disappointed with the range of sofas and chairs displayed in their spacious and airy showroom. No problem self distancing! Miriam was very helpful in advising, seeking out what we were looking for, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this store.

We recently went to Russell Dean to look at mattresses. We were assisted by Josh who was very knowledgable on Tempur mattresses, extremely patient and very friendly. We finally decided on the Tempur for us and look forward to receiving it. Russell Dean was very COVID aware and Josh made the whole experience a good one

Our visit to a Russel Dean store in Mytholmroyd, Hebden Bridge. Impressed with a vast range of furniture, well laid out in a spacious roomy store. Excellent to visit with the Covid 19 situation, felt safe, lots of signage and gel sanitiser stations. We received excellent service by Meriam our friendly sales consultant and given professional advice on all aspects on our purchase of a 3 seater leather suite and a powered recliner. I've just had my second order from Russell Dean delivered today and I'm over the moon with it! I can't fault the team they have; from talking me through their furniture in store, making the ordering process as straight forward as possible, their great delivery team and superb after sales support. I will be shopping at Russell Dean for many years to come.

Went to look round after speaking to a neighbour as we are looking for lounge carpet and suite. What a selection! My husband is 6ft 4 and I’m 5ft 5 so finding the right seating had been difficult. We expected to have to buy very expensive made to measure Explained to salesman Josh and we tried his selection. Amazingly, he found what we were looking for at a very reasonable price in the sales. 2 days later we went back to order and then looked at carpets, waiting for fitter now to measure, We also ordered a new mattress. There was no pressure to buy, Josh is knowledgeable, helpful and not at all a pushy sales man, which we appreciate, he gave us all the information and left us to chat and try the furniture. What has been in the past an ordeal was a great experience with Russell Dean. Thank you Josh and Russell Dean for a great experience. We will be back.

I had heard good reports about Russell Dean from friends and family, so I went looking for a new bed. Syka was a pleasure to deal with and helped me with my decision and on my return to finalize my choice Samantha was just as helpful. I was pleasantly surprised how well organised the store was on its covid-19 measures. Plenty of hand sanitizing stations and information as well as a lots of space within the store for social distancing.

I wanted a new mattress as currently suffering with a bad back. Mark was Excellent, very informative and helpful without being pushy, Just good professional advice showing all the different options and price ranges. I have bought from Russell dean in the past and will certainly use them again.

Great visit to the store to buy a new sofa, can't wait to get it! Fantastic experience within store. We felt very safe, lots of social distancing measures in place and plenty of hand sanitising stations. Syka was so helpful and really made the experience better.

Bought furniture here 10 years ago and just recently purchased 2 new sofas and the service, as 10 years ago, was excellent with a lot of help from the staff particularily Josh. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.
