Visited Russell dean after struggling to find exactly what we wanted at a number of other companies. Impressed by the showroom - relaxed comfortable atmosphere with a wide range of furniture of good quality. Found a number of armchairs to choose from - offered advise about options but left to wander and make up our minds - revisiting our options. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Pleased to place our order with them.

Bought a Gplan settee and chair today. Served by Syka who was most helpful and very knowledgeable about the products .The showrooms are spacious and attention to detail re Covid19 well done. Lots of space for people to move around safe.

Staff very welcoming and helpful, giving us plenty of time to wander around and try different chairs . Excellent service during our visit. We were made to feel very welcome, even during the current social distancing situation. The store was set up for social distancing and Covid-19 secure, with hand gel dispenses on entry to floors, enough space to move around and appropriate signage. Russell Dean have a great selection of quality products set out in a bright spacious showroom over two floors where you can safely browse uninterrupted, the staff when called upon are very friendly, knowledgeable, in particular Syka who we had the pleasure of dealing with. On entering the different levels within the showroom there is hand sanitizers for use in combating covid19 and a safe distance was observed by all, customers and staff alike so would definitely recommend a visit.

Looking for a new mattress the service from Laura was excellent her product knowledge and advice enabled us to purchase from the wide range on show with confidence.There was no rush or pressure to make our choice even when the show room was became busier. I visited the store today to finalize my order for two sofas, a recliner and a footstool. This was the third time I had great service from Syka, who was yet again, very friendly and helpful. The store was well set up for social distancing, with plenty of hand sanitizer available at various points. All processes were carried out in a very hygienic and professional manner and overall, my visit felt very safe. in addition, I was able to access the customer toilet, which was a real bonus, as I had walked there from Halifax.

Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I've had a long time. I've driven past the new store many times but have never ventured in, but thanks to the excellent website, we realised that we had been missing out. Syka could not have done more for us, including getting us a very good deal on a Parker Knoll sofa, 2 armchairs and footstool. The showroom is light and airy and feels very safe, due to the floor markings and sanitiser stations at every door and by the lift. Well worth a visit at the moment as they have some very good deals available.

Just back from buying a sofa - felt totally safe, the store is very big and spacious and only a couple of people in there when we went - we were apprehensive about going in a shop but it couldn't have been any easier or safer. Syka was very helpful and knowledgeable-thank you!

First time visiting Russell Dean and it certainly won’t be the last. We were not disappointed, we were able to safely walk around the displays to browse the products. The staff have obviously worked hard to put into practice all procedures regarding safety and correct distancing, resulting in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. While there we chose a suit with helpful and informative advise from Mark, who I must say has lots of sound knowledge and patience ... nothing was too much trouble. We have rated the store and Mark the salesman - 5 stars for an excellent experience and excellent service. Will definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

Ever since we discovered Russell Dean it has been our 'go to' store for all our furniture requirements. Delighted when the store re-opened after Lockdown and confident we'd be able to social distance, we were straight down there to look at armchairs and footstools to go with the sofas we bought in the New Year. As ever, Syka was a gem and we were soon sorted with an order placed - all suitably social distanced and sanitised - Can't wait for delivery now
