Returned to Russell Dean again for a sofa and chair - have been previous customers and always experiened excellent customer service. I was a little hesitant about visiting a store for the first time since lockdown but was very pleased to see hand sanitiser, social distancing advice and markings and a comprehensive list of adaptations documented throughout the store relating to dealing with the current Covid situation. Customer service as always was excellent - we have purchased our sofa and chair with help and guidance from Syka and look forward to having our items delivered in the near future. A big thank you to store manager Alan for his intervention as he became aware both myself and husband are front line NHS staff. We would always recommend Russell Dean to others for customer service and value for money. Always a pleasure to wander round the store. Thank you.

Visited Russell Deans 4 times this week looking for a sofa and chair, hesitated about going at first due to the virus, didn’t need to be at all, hand sanitizer placed at the entrance to the building and on each floor, was even thanked by Syka, for using it. Mark was very helpful on our first visit giving us lots of helpful advice, keeping social distance throughout. Went back the day after, Mark wasn’t there but Syka was and was equally helpful, still unsure, went back twice before placing our order. Would definitely recommend the store, very reasonably priced, Offered good advice without being pushy, thank you both Syka and Mark.

Brilliant new showroom first time we’ve been since the renovation all the staff were brilliant and friendly. Syka and Mark helped us out nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely call again Bryan & Linda

My mum and myself have just visited the showroom and what a pleasure it’s been. Social distancing rules in effect throughout the store. The range on offer is huge with no pressure to buy from the sales team. Laura was the first person to offer us assistance and exceptionally great customer service given. Laura helped my mum choose a sofa, chair and even helped with a rug and cushion choice to finish the look off too. Time taken by Laura to chat and explain options and delivery schedules. A great and stress free experience. Laura even took the time to recommend a take away food place for us as we’d travelled a fair way to come here from a recommendation. Customer service received was above and beyond and we’d highly recommend a trip here rather than a mainstream furniture store.

We visited the store Monday 8th June and purchased sofa, chair and footstool, I would definitely recommend a visit, everything is in place with regard social distancing, no issues at all. All the staff we friendly and special thanks to Syka who was so knowledgeable on the products, friendly, helpful and gave us lots of time and advice on what might work for us in our new home. Great experience I will go back without doubt, and so local, no M62! Oh and good products and value for money, forgot that bit!

We visited the store on 5 June to purchase two sofas. Given the current covid 19 rules The staff went to great lengths to provide information and anti bac on each floor. The staff were very aware of the distancing rules and made us feel very safe. A big thank you to Syka she was excellent. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and safe. Her sales approach was excellent Syka couldn't have been more helpful. Today we bought 2 lovely Oregan sofas, thanks to the fantastic advice, information and attention we received from Syka, one of the Russell Dean staff. She explained everything about the structure of the sofa and the type of leather, including instructions and a short demo of how to maintain its beautiful quality. She was knowledgeable, patient, warm and friendly. Overall, our experience was excellent in terms of challenges posed by the lockdown. The whole building, including the car park and lifts, was sign posted with information about their social distancing policy which upholds government regulations. In store, although there were some customers browsing, the vast space easily accommodated us all, allowing more than enough room for social distancing. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for furniture and accessories as their stock is vast and varied, with a range of styles. Thank you so much to all staff who were working yesterday and especially to Syka for being our guide and for making our experience very easy and pleasurable!

Visited Russell Dean store at Mytholmroyd today. Was greeted by a very courteous and helpful lady called Syka, her knowledge of all the sofas and materials is second to none. The store is very spacious and social distancing is in place with hand gels and wipes. Thankyou for a very pleasant visit, and can't wait for our sofa and chairs to arrive. Visited Russell Dean yesterday to view some dining room furniture. We found the store to be fully equipped with all the safety measures needed. We felt very comfortable walking around the store and Syka showed us some options that we had not thought of. Excellent customer service as usual.

Russell Dean reopened again the last weekend in May and we went in to purchase some furniture. We were served by Syka who was very helpful and friendly. We were impressed with the social distancing measures in place and how effective Syka was in maintaining a safe distance whilst making the sale feel personal and a pleasant experience.

Had a very good experience at Russell Dean with what we required. Had a good adviser with Miriam and nothing was to much trouble, she even got us in contact with the manufacturer to explain what we required.

We would like to state that today we visited their fabulous showroom in Mytholmroyd. Where we were yet again greeted by our sales advisor “Syka”. Who has been absolutely excellent. After a number of years of faithful and uncomplaining service our Hypnos bed (bought from Russell Dean in 2007) needed replacement. As someone who does not enjoy shopping I was not looking forward to the experience but we went again to Russell Dean and I found I was wrong! Syka did a superb job of making it almost pleasurable! She provided valuable information when it was needed but left us to our own devices when appropriate. Chatty and informative but making sure we knew all we needed to. If everyone was as good I could get used to spending money. As it is, we probably spent more than we intended so perhaps the experience was enjoyable for her too!

Just purchased a Polo Divani sofa and chair. Samantha made the experience very enjoyable as she was not at all pushy and a pleasure to deal with.
