From the minute we arrived at the store both my husband and I felt relaxed and greeted by Laura who instantly made us feel at ease. We were left to look around at our leisure at the wide selection of beds but Laura was at hand when we needed advice. It is a beautiful store with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Large, spacious showrooms, well laid out and not overcrowded or cluttered. Our salesperson was Laura, she was friendly, attentive and knowledgable and only appeared when we looked like we needed help. Very pleasant first experience, we will return.

Great customer service, you are left to browse at your own leisure no pushy sales - the staff are there if you need them. We bought an ex display item and the level of attention from Sam was no different to that when we bought new 12 months ago. Sam is very friendly and knowledgeable - she guided us through the sale process from start to finish. Have to say we got an absolute bargain so definitely worth having a walk around the store opposed to just shopping online. Very happy.

After a walk lovely walk down the canal we called in Russell Dean. I have been looking for a chair and came across one which we liked but the design and colour was wrong for us. Mark H went out of his way to show us the different designs and colours available then found the chair on the internet and was able to show us the chair in the design and colour we was looking for. I had seen some wallpaper on one of the displays and Mark spent time looking in the archives for the name of the wallpaper, as this is only available online to purchase We did purchase the chair and can highly recommend the store plenty to look with unusual items and customer service by Mark was second to none

We wanted a good quality suite and after searching online we followed various recommendations to go to Russell Dean Furniture. The showroom was well appointed and we were left to browse without being pressured. There are many choices and we short-listed four. Samantha showed us all the various options of each and we eventually chose the Parker Knoll Boston. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped with all our questions.

Russell Dean were recommended to us by family who have bought various furniture from them over the last few years. It was our first visit and we were looking for a bed! Cannot rate the team at Russell Dean highly enough. From initial discussions with the sales consultant to purchase and finally delivery, everything was outstanding. The quality of the sofa and armchairs (Parker Knoll) is second to none and the delivery today was simply outstanding. The delivery drivers were incredible; friendly, professional and certainly earned their wage (and more!) navigating our narrow doors and available space. They did it all with smiles and laughter. Would recommend this company without any doubt.

We visited the Russell Dean over the Easter weekend to look for a new suite and received genuine help from Mark the salesperson. No pressure but lots of help about the suite we was looking at and details of the business reassuring us in terms of making a purchase. We went back to the store at the weekend (a week later) and was pleased that Mark was there and available again to speak with. We agreed to purchase the suite and Mark took us through the process and made the experience enjoyable and informed us about everything around the sale without it taking too long either. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and looking forward to the suite arriving from them in around 8 weeks.

It is a delight to deal with this company. We went in search of information re a new mattress/bed. The display of beds was impressive, lots of choice and difficult to choose from. We needed guidance!
