Excellent customer service and product from Russell Dean. Very helpful sales people especially Mark H. Mark H was extremely helpful in helping me choose a leather sofa and chair. He was expertly able to explain the origin of the product and the differences between the different grades of leather. Due to his very good advice I was able to make a confident, informed decision on what furniture to purchase. The quality and choice of furniture is excellent. We purchased a new living room suite today and are looking forward to enjoying it. Our sales person, Troy, was knowledgeable and assured us in all aspects. His interpersonal skills and easy, friendly manner ensured that my wife and I left the store very pleased and assured.

Lovely showroom and have some really nice, good quality furniture with loads of choice. Troy was very helpful when it came to buying our mattress.

We purchased a full leather corner suite, rug, ottoman bed with mattress & a separate king size mattress in January this year. The sales person Samantha King was extremely helpful and kept us informed of our order and expected dates for delivery along with double checking measurements and our specific requirements for the settee as we had various units with electric recliners etc. Communication with her was brilliant and we felt extremely confident in the service received by the whole team too.

We called into the showroom last week just to get some ideas for our new living room and came away with it fully furnished. Ercol furniture pretty much sells itself, but the amount of time and knowledge Mark H provided was crucial in allowing us to match colours and styles to get a set that we are extremely happy with.
