We visited on a couple of occasions, before we made our purchase. We shopped around looking at other stores. We were drawn back to Russell Dean, because we were completely happy from start to finish. The help and advice was second to non. The goods purchased of a very high quality and represent excellent value. We are already planning further purchases. The salesman could not do enough for us. We highly recommend this store. Troy has kept us up to date with all relevant information regarding the delivery.

We bought a couch, dining chairs, and bench from Russell Dean. Samantha was lovely to deal with at every stage, accommodating all of our changes, and helping us with every question we had! Looking forward to relaxing on our new furniture!

Visited Russell Dean Furniture Store twice and met the very knowlegable Mark who helped us to choose the perfect Sofa and Chairs . We came away feeling we had made the right choice after searching for many weeks.

Visited the showroom last week and was welcomed by the friendly and helpful Troy who was great in showing us the selection of sofas. The complimentary refreshment area was a bonus. Would definitely recommend Russell Dean to family and friends.

We took several visits to Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd to choose ourselves a new sofa and throughout we found the customer service to be perfect. Really helpful, attentive and thoughtful. We were primarily helped by Helen, who we thought was wonderful, and who really understood what we were looking for. We never felt rushed by Helen. Overall we found the whole choosing and buying experience to be brilliant.

Really relaxed and friendly. We were able to look around without any pressure. Beautiful furniture and a lovely showroom vibe. Troy helped when we asked questions but then left us to discuss. He explained things very clearly and without overdoing the sales pitch. Go here, you won’t be disappointed.

Only ordered our furniture today so I cannot comment on my delivery or actual products. However our salesman,Troy, was charming and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him even though we bombarded him with questions. He wasn’t at all pushy nor were we made to feel we should make a hasty decision. Pleasurable experience and ordered exactly what we’d been looking for. Thanks Troy!

We went to look round Russell Dean for the first time as we wanted new sofas. We had plenty of time to look round and appreciated no heavy handed salespeople like some shops. When we were ready the salesperson Helen gave us great information and we were happy to purchase two leather sofas.

Always wanted to go to Russell Dean's as have driven past it for the past 40 odd years. So glad l did. I was looking for a new settee and arm chair as the one l bought from DFS is rubbish. So l looked on line at the reviews and thought l need to go to Russell Dean as the reviews were good. So glad l did. Troy was our sales person and he did an excellent job explaining all the ins and outs of the furniture l wanted. Can't thank him enough, no high pressured sales pitch just let us go at our own pace.
