Excellent, efficient service.

Failed to collect car when promised. Failed to pick up the phone when called. And then failed to deliver a replacement car; as promised the next day meaning I had to find a way to get to an ill relative at short notice. Repair was very good but took 3 weeks longer than promised.

From beginning to end these folks made everything easy. They collected my car, gave me a courtesy car. Damien in particular was very courteous and professional at all times. The car was returned immaculate. Very pleased with the service.

It all went smoothly

Pity my transit van had to go back into the workshop as I wasn’t happy with the damaged bumper being repaired & not replaced. Happy with the end result after the bumper was replaced. Many thanks

Well the job took a long time. I had to send van back several times to get the door lock fixed. The company kept the van for months not cleaning it and there was mould all over when it was returned. My wife thought the delivery drivers very surly. I would have liked the battery changrd as it was dead for months they have recharged it and haven't idea how long it will last

Poor work bad paint work

Emsworth branch I had a minor scuff front near side. Entirely my fault. Dropped by the workshop late morning, Nathan took a look and quoted. I asked how long they would want the car for. Answer was one day, which could be tomorrow. I suggested leaving it there to collect the following afternoon. After a quick consultation I was told it would be ready by 5pm today which it was. I cannot see the repair, the colour match is spot on including a bit of black trim which had been lightly scuffed. Have read some of the negative reviews but I can’t imagine they refer to the Emsworth branch.
