Really disappointing experience after a positive initial arrangement for pickup of the vehicle. 3 weeks of delays and misinformation of when the vehicle would be returned. Once I got the vehicle back all the damage hadn’t been repaired

Stay clear of this repairer! They had sickness the week my car went to there garage! No one would answer the phone! Complete joke. Then when it was when picking upp my car. So I was called in the morning to say my car was ready and was getting delivered back to me in the afternoon! When the afternoon came, I phoned them to ask what time are you coming! They said we are not coming. We had no one to deliver it! So when I told her that I was told in the morning I was told it will be delivered! I started laughing because I'm thinking it's a joke now! She said what are you laughing for and put the phone down! Then I got a call back! To say I could pick it up tomorrow! Went there. To find my car had been ransacked by a thief. Who also has a job as a car valet! All my change that was in the car removed! Glove box was on the seat contents that is! They also said they fixed my rear view camera! So I got in it put the car in reverse! Low and behold didn't work! So be very careful of this cowboy company!

Prompt collection of my vehicle and repairs were carried out more quickly than I expected and to a good standard. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. Declan in particular was very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Arrangements to repair my car were done efficiently and promptly, and the work seems to have been carried out to a high standard. The only criticism is that the courtesy car could have been cleaner inside, and there was no handbook.

I would avoid if I could! Communication is bad, I also had my courtesy car break down which they did come and help and replace the car but the car I was replaced with was dirty and beeping with problems I then felt worried if this would happen again and when I got my own car back this broke down, due to bad repairs I have had to get it fixed on the roadside and got home 5 hours later then I should of all because of incompetence and work not being checked!! If I was asked to use this garage again I wouldn’t and I will be taking my car to a trusted person to have everything double checked as I don’t feel like I have enough trust to bring it back to this garage!!

Every time i telephoned in with an enquiry I got a very positive friendly response. Always answered my questions no matter how obscure they were ! I was worried about my car being collected and dropped off after its work completion as i work weekdays and during company hours, but it was picked up and dropped off with no hassle at all. I can honestly say this has been a very pleasant interaction and i would wholly recommend AD Williams.

A small fault developed with a sensor in an area repaired by A D Williams some months ago. They collected the car, left us a hire car, and then returned our car fully repaired inside 2 days. Excellent fast service under their guarantee.

Very quick and helpful when arranging for the collection of my car once my insurance claim had gone in. The link to track progress of the works was useful and updated regularly. The only disappointment was the lack of quality control when the work was ‘finished’ which meant the car had to be returned to the workshop for completion.

Repair work carried out to a good standard, within the time given, and the car was returned to me having been valeted. I was very pleased with the whole process. Emails sent to inform me of all goings on, and any conversations re: courtesy car etc handled efficiently and politely.
