I wish I could rate them higher!! Amazing customer service, everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and caring. They dealt with my situation incredibly quickly and answered any query I had. They made the experience as smooth as it could be and fixed my car within the time frame they gave. I was given a great courtesy car and they did the absolute most to help. I can’t fault them in any way my car looked brand new after and I’m so grateful to them for going above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

More professional and experienced than most of the others

Communication was excellent and it was easy to provide the information needed for the repair. Our car was collected on the Wednesday and back fully repaired by the Friday. An excellent service from the staff in the office to the drivers delivering and collecting the cars.

You didn't replace my damaged door,you repaired only with filler body,you charged me £7000 ,so you are very greedy I'm afraid that you used the cheapest parts!!!!!!!
