From start to finish this was a positive experience, despite the fact I had damaged my car. The communication from Caroline in booking my car in and getting the details was professional and swift. Mark came to collect the car and was really great making all the arrangements. He arrived exactly when he said he would and even put some petrol in it to get it back to Newhaven as I had left it low in error. I received updates via the website, so I could log in to see how things were progressing. When the repair was finished Mark phoned and arranged the return, again, exactly on time, smiley and really efficient. The repairs look amazing. I have downloaded the lifetime guarantee certificate, so I have peace of mind. They even gave my car a great clean, so it arrived back shiny, inside and out. Hello My car was collected by AD Williams it needed work on the bumper, wheel trim,tail light, and paint work, as it got hit in a car park. the work was completed extremely fast and the customer service and the work completed was excellent, I highly recommend them. Lois was great and very helpfull and even said we could return the hire car to them. They even gave my car a clean which is another added bonus. My car is looking brand new again I will be returning for any car body work in the future. Excellent made the whole process hassle free.

Very pleased with repair,helpful friendly staff

Contacted by phone about a faulty sensor which I believed was due to it being recessed in the bumper. They were able to have a look at it the same day provide a quotation, and book me in for the next day and gave me a lift back home after dropping the car. The final price was more than the initial quote but it wasn't too much more and they let me know this before completing the work and explained why (partly due to there being another faulty sensor- luckily I had a spare in the car) They kept me updated on the progress of the work, so I wasn't left waiting and didn't have to chase them up. All the staff were very polite and professional throughout. The car was given a complementary clean, and delivered back to my address the following day in great condition. The parking sensors are now fully working and I am very pleased with the standard of work (wish more places were like this!) so I would definitely recommend AD williams to anyone looking for bodyshop work!

Quick professional and car delivered back in showroom condition

I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the speed and the attention to detail by cleaning the car before returning it. However the main reason I am writing this review is due to the exceptional customer service I received, the reasurance I was given especially from Gerry who explained everything to me and calmed me down from the hit and run accident. He also kept me fully informed at each stage of the work up to the completion and delivery of my car. I cannot thank him enough.
