My car was hit while parked in car park (not even in it) and this is the garage the third party allocated to the claim. Have been calling every day, emailing on web page - NO RESPONSE! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. A very stressful experience so far and car not even been repaired yet.

Car returned clean and good condition. Receptionists very helpful and had excellent customer service skills.I would highly recommend A D Williams Emsworth

United Kingdom | 30 November 2022This is for AD Williams, Brighton. Terrible quality repair backed up by even worse customer service. Had one of our vans in for repair to side door and rear wheel arch. Arrived back 4 days later than promised. Paint not the same colour, runs in paintwork, they’d even managed to spray over existing vinyl from the sign writing, slide door didn’t fit correctly, vehicle in dreadful state with masking tape still applied to some areas, dirty handprints on the inside and they even added a scratch on the drivers door which wasn’t there when they collected. Centre manager Steve was simply not interested in my complaint and even argued that they didn’t remove door and they ‘couldn’t’ have sprayed over the old vinyl; he was looking at a photo and I was looking at the actual vehicle so I was correct. They came to pick it up to rectify their poor workmanship. In the meantime my company had a booking come in which we couldn’t turn down so it cost me £700 to hire a replacement van. I asked Steve (manager) for a small consideration due to the inconvenience by repairing 2 small areas unrelated to the original incident. Steve point blankly refused and wouldn’t even entertain the idea and to top it all, the vehicle was returned and now the side door has to be slammed really hard to close it so even their rectification needs rectifying..!! Steve thought 20 quids worth of fuel was compensation enough because they had to drive it down to Brighton again; let’s not worry about the extra miles and wear and tear eh Steve. I sent an e mail of complaint to AD Williams head office expecting someone in authority to reply…. Instead I got the same old unhelpful Steve replying instead so obviously even their senior managers/directors don’t care about customer satisfaction either. I don’t want the van to go back for a further rectification to sort the door out because I don’t believe they have the skills to do it properly. Conclusion…. Avoid at all cost

First, they didn't pick our car up on time, caused them to think they had a car when they didn't. Rearranged to pick car up on another day. Didn't communicate that our car was ready to be picked up, only found out a week later. When ringing Uxbridge branch, they do not pick up at all.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2022they could not or did not want to prepare to wash the cleaned door base for polishing after painting. they polished 3 times, the holograms were created and the car was returned. they said that it should be like this…. . the additional cost of removing the holograms in another garage £ 250, the manager didn't feel bad for anything, just added "did you pay? what you want from me is done "very nasty experiences

United Kingdom | 22 November 2022One of the worst experience I’ve ever had, they cause more problems and stressed then the incident itself unreliable don’t answer the phone or emails finally got my vehicle back a few days later then they said only to find damage which was not there when it went in shabby work.
