Van was booked for an insurance job, a very small dent on wheel arch. Van was due to be returned by Wednesday, then told Friday now Monday. Due to fly out on the Monday for holiday so can't receive vehicle then. The company was no help in trying to get my vehicle back to me before I am due to fly out. Very bad customer service

You can only go on your own experience and with that I can only speak good as Ciprian and I believe Rob and there team were very informative throughout the process and answered any questions I had promptly. You sometimes hear of bodywork shops that don't do a decent job but I can only praise them on the work on my Jaguar XE R-sport looks just like new.

I’m hoping to get some help from AD Williams. Before Christmas they fixed my car, the fix itself was fine but during the time the car was with them they removed a piece of roof trim. I told the person who delivered the car back to me. I subsequently emailed them twice. No response. Not very impressive to be honest. I hope they read this and come back to me

Just had a major repair carried out by High Wycombe , fantastic service couldn’t have been any better.Karen in office was brilliant she kept us informed right through the job, in a totally professional manner.Would definitely recommend the company.

Received my car back from AD Williams Copthorne and I am very impressed. They have fixed it well and liased with the insurance company completely and have been professional and efficient as well as friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone else!

Poor organisation. Cancelled repair without notice. Took no ownership of their mistakes. Cost me significant financial loss as a result of lack of professionalism or integrity. Caught them directly in a lie with written and video proof yet not one apology. They will continue to treat people like this and not face consequences as others with money will continue to pay.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to make a ‘ salute’ after such a great experience with Simon and his team at AD williams ! They did an incredible job on our VW car - it even came back clean and sparkly inside and out!! Great service- so positive and helpful and the insurance company (Jan @ motor claims network ) were wonderfully thorough and efficient in regards to insurance and car hire while our vehicle got fixed!! I was so impressed - that took all the stress out of a pretty stressful / potentially expensive situation!! Brilliant!! Highly recommend!!

Very quick repair, they went beyond what was expected of them, my door needed replacing after someone had crashed into the side of it, not only did they repair the door, they did an excellent paint job, and readjusted my front bumper as it was falling off. Very pleased with their service.

What an amazing service I have received from this garage. I would highly recommend taking your car there for repair work to be carried out. The whole journey from start to finish was 5*. Fantastic communication from Sam around completion date, and where we currently was with the work. No question/ phone call was ever to much trouble for Sam. Always happy, friendly and we had a laugh despite ETA’s for parts being delayed. My car upon completion was delivered back to me which I was very impressed by. The work carried out to my car was of a very high standard. I was blown away by the workmanship-she looked brand new. I highly recommend AD Williams for repair work to your car. You won’t be disappointed. They go above and beyond. I would like to thank the workshop for all the work they did on my car and also to Sam in reception for keeping me updated, and the laughs that were had along the way. Thank you all so much. Amazing job completed.

Absolute amazing. The support I received was outstanding. My vehicle is perfect, the drivers were caring and helped me empty my boot of my car. Extremely respectful. The manager updated every week. Will definitely recommend them. Very professional and supportive.

AD Williams were kind, thoughtful and efficient. I had gone over a 'ninja' bollard in a car park causing a bit of the bumper to be scraped away and they sorted my car our completely - insurance and all. It looked perfect afterwards. They also lent me a unicorn (courtesy car!) for interim travel. Hugely appreciated - staff were really friendly and polite.

My repair was a insurance repair i had to use one of there approved garages AD Williams was my nearest garage Awful customer service wrong advice given on acquiring a courtesy car,, very unhelpful no reply to emails the transport driver who picked up the car was very helpful giving me correct information spent 2 days trying to arrange courtesy car which i never got had to pay garage before they would release the car £250 access no proper receipt just a small piece of paper no company address no invoice The repair looked fine, if your looking for a company with good customer service i would not recommend AD Williams

I would have given it less than 1 star if I could. My car got scratched about 2 months ago and is at AD williams for repair. I was told on several phone-calls I had with them that it would take a week for them to repair. I waited 2 months for the parts to arrive so that I didn’t have to wait long as I work fulltime and am 32 weeks pregnant so do need my car. I called today as my car was due to finish 2 days later but I have been told the repair time is extended to 2 weeks now. I wanted to request to see if they can finish it sooner but the customer service lady cut me off half way between conversation and is now not picking up. Considering you are customer service, you lack basic social skills.

High wycombe branch - Vas and Brian were very friendly and professional when they collected my car for a repair. The damaged looked like it was going to be a write off but I asked them to do all they could to save and repair my car. Parts were delayed due to national shortage of parts but Karen kept me updated throughout. Ad Williams did a fabulous job, the repair was warranted and I have my car back like new again. Thank you so much to Vas, Brian and Karen I would definitely recommend using AD Williams for any accident repairs.

My car was repaired by A D Williams Brighton after some minor damage and a referral by my insurance company. The staff there were excellent. The initial repair date would have necessitated us delaying our holiday. After I explained the situation they brought the completion date forward by a day so that we could go away on time. All staff, telephone, assessors and delivery/collection personnel were polite, professional and courteous. Particular thanks go to Steve, who assisted with bringing the repair completion date forward. The quality of the repair was of an equally high standard. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Well done all.

Currently my car is in pieces as an item is on order and will take up to a week to arrive. This could have been prevented with professional planning. I had exactly the same issue with the same garage 4 months ago; and was informed it was "coming from a weird country like Poland". The actual repair work seems to be good, but the processes surrounding their work are hopelessly faulty and the staff seem out of their depth. A simple solution would be to return the car to me until all required items are in their hands.
