I used them for years as a breeder, since they are doing testing in a new location as well as merging with neogen, it's been terrible. I have lost sales because no results until 15days after estimated completion date so I called and we are sorry to inform you not good sample, so this is 6 weeks later. 2 weeks ago i sent 2 samples in with priority mail. Canada post sent email delivered 2 days , i called them in 6 business days and asked why they haven't confirmed received sample. They said they are sorry they never received them and said file a claim with canada post. 1 hour after I get off the phone they email saying they received my sample! So they sat that long before process was started!. Next dog I send in 4 samples and everytime not sufficient for testing, I then said give me my money back. Next day got a email saying there is a credit on your account with expiration date of over 3 months earlier, I replied saying I don't a credit and for sure not 1 that has already expired! That was 3 weeks ago and I have not received any refund or credit, it's totally sad that a company I sent numerous breeders too went to wrap, in service, testing, communication skills and loyalty.

Did not provide results in a timely manner. Missed the posted completion date. Still could not provide results for additional weeks. Although I have been a loyal customer using only Paw Prints Genetics for over 10 years, I will now be looking go to another company to use.

I emailed their customer service department to enquire about a specific genetic test that I was interested in. The response was prompt and very informative. Overall a great customer experience.

What keeps me coming back is accuracy of testing, customer service, and discounts. The only draw back is testing time used to be a one week turn around and now it's the same as embark. I was spoiled from the years past when the turn around time was a week. All in all great service and accuracy for the price.

I received my parentage results and the certificate is nice to print for my files. The tests were affordable, all required materials were sent to me including a return envelope.

I had a pure-bread Standard Schnauzer Dame accidentally tied with one of my husband's working Collie Dogs 9 days after ovulation and 5 days after breeding to the Standard Schnauzer Studd. I had to make sure none of the puppies were from the Collie. I was able to use the dew claws and get my results fast and luckily none of the puppies were from the Collie!! You saved me a lot of $$ Thanks for the results now I can sell these dogs!!

So, I love PawPrintGenetics and use to give them a 5 star rating and refer them all the time to our clients. And have tested 95% of our breeding dogs through them. Their testing accuracy is really great, but since they merged with Neogen and moved locations their testing takes 4-6 weeks in process which is entirely too long and they often lose the sample sent, ask for another sample an month into your wait, saying it wasn't enough or something went wrong. Funny that never happened before and it was always enough before. Then the time frame of waiting is completely unreasonable! I would give only 1 star now, but give 2 because I still think their accuracy is good, or is it? I am having my doubts now with how long it takes and requesting a new sample almost every time I test. It's very sad. Very disappointed with them now. I loved them before.
