Supper comfy, delivered fairly quickly with the fast ship option.

Ordered 50 lbs of shredded foam which arrived in 2x 25lb sacks. Upon arrival, 1 sack weighed in at ~22lbs whereas the other was significantly lighter @ ~15lbs. Turns out I was shipped a 25lb foam and 16lb foam sack. Upon bringing this up with Customer Service they said the foam is shipped by volume and not by weight so the weight discrepancy shouldn't make a difference. After a few emails back and forth they ended up sending an additional 16 lbs of foam free of charge. In the future, I would hope the fulfillment team takes more care in sending out the correct weights and that customer service would be a little more understanding of the customers time rather than validate why there would be such a discrepancy in weight. Also, the picture on the website of the foam is a little misleading, the foam shipped is not as consistently shredded as shown online, some foam pieces were up to 6" x 4" which needed to be shredded a little more for comforts sake.

This is a long one. Stay with me. I got the comfy sack as a gift for the family. After using it for a few weeks, I was.....disappointed. I could feel the individual foam pieces. They were so big! And some of them were hard. NOT what you want from a bean bag. Well, comfy sack sent me an email telling me to let them know if I had any questions or concerns. So I did let them know. The comfy sack sucks. And they responded immediately asking me to send them pictures of the foam pieces that were hard and too big. So I did. They quick shipped me a brand new sack and a comfy pillow as an apology. This wasn’t a small sack either. It was the 8 footer! And I am waaaaaay happier. This new comfy sack is soft and cozy. It’s everything I expected the first one to be. So even though it was a rocky start. The comfy sack customer service is top notch. And the sack itself is great. Highly recommended!

We love how comfortable the sack is right out of the box. We did think that the sack would be fuller after a week of 'relaxing', and we would like it to be a bit more upright. It seems like a low, wide disc on our floor. But it is comfy. We would give this 5 stars if the fullness aligned to what we see in the promo material!

I like my comfy sack, and everything was great except for the cover. I ordered the furry cover based on how it appeared on the video on your website. It looked extremely furry but the cover I got isn’t hairy, it’s almost like a velvet material. Not at all what it was supposed to be.

Omg this is amazing! We had originally seen the competitor product at the mall and their prices are ridiculous. I found comfy sacks online as my teenage daughter is using this as a temp bed solution and she absolutely loves it. She says it’s like a nest (we purchased the lounger) and she says she sleeps better and feels so safe in her nest!

I have no complaints with the product nor customer service. Even when I accidentally ordered the wrong cover they were happy to issue a refund to use towards ordering the right one. The only reason I give a 4 star rating is because in this Internet day and age there is no excuse for waiting a full business day to ship orders. Both my original order and my replacement case order went unshipped a full 48 business hours before being shipped.

Love falling into my Comfy Sack. However, I expected there to be more filling, like the photograph. I was unable to tear the large pieces into smaller ones through the lining and the lining zipper was missing the tab to unzip it. But...I can still enjoy it.

Easy ordering, fast shipping. OK product. However... I ordered a 4 foot sack due to the space that I wanted to put it in. The small children and lady models that they have in their pictures is who this sack is for. I am a bigger guy and the sack does not offer the amount of support that I would like. If I prop it up against a wall so that I have some back support, it feels like I am setting on the ground. If I try to use it out in the middle of the floor, there is very little to no support to lean back on. My much smaller wife has the same issue. This product is probably perfect for small children or very petite women.

We bought two 3 foot sacks and they are big and perfect. They are sturdy and comfortable. My husband prefers the bean bag to our couch. I love that they are made in America too! It makes me feel extra good about my purchase.

Still waiting for our purchase two weeks later and due to a labeling error (on the shipping boxes) still not hanging out in our Comfy Sack. The employee I spoke to was very nice and offered a free pillow, but a week later I still haven't heard from anyone. We did get the 8' comfy sack liner. Poor follow up (so far). If the quality is good I'll consider another purchase, but poor care following an understandable mistake. Missed opportunity guys!!!

This was everything I had hoped. Great size, super comfortable and soft. Can form it to make it as comfortable and soft as you want. The automann was a bit smaller than expected. Everyone fights over it! Excellent purchase and arrived quickly and had some fun “tearing” it apart.

The Sacks Ok, but the customer service is poor. They don't answer the phone, they don't call back like they say they will when you call. They have made the return policy so difficult you never return the item, so make sure you really want the sack because you will give up trying to return like I did.

First of all, let me just say I am very happy with my purchase. I purchased the 4 ft comfy sack and it is very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who wants one however, I feel the photos of the product are a bit misleading. I fluffed all the foam and let it expand and rise up and yet it still doesn’t have the shape of the photos or what their competitor LoveSac offer. It came out looking more like a flatter dog bed. It’s very comfortable and was well worth my $233 but it’s definitely a bit misleading when it comes to the photographs. Overall was a great purchase though.

The sack itself if super comfy. I wish I knew before hand that the lined cover was not super soft as it explains on the site. I want another cover but cannot afford to fork over the extra money for a new one. 🤔😔
