United States | 23 January 2018Love the product! Needed to order a new cover for our 5 foot sack purchased in 2014 due to the zipper coming apart. The only mild complaint is that the warranty is now 5 years and apparently it was only 3 years when we purchased in 2014. I feel the fair outcome would have been a substantial discount on the cost of the new cover. Instead we paid 170 for the cover, when a whole new 5 foot sack is only about 100 more.

Company is fast to respond to requests and orders are typically at your door in a week or less from the time you order. The sacks are indeed very comfortable - far beyond anything you’ve experienced before in a “beanbag” and they’re relatively easy to get set up.

United States | 19 January 2018I rolled it around the living room for the first three or four days before I put it in the cover. The first evening after anout two hours I sank right to the floor. It did not expand back even after I was out of it again for a couple days rven aftet rolling it around the living room again to puff it up. I would post photos but no place to do so on the review site. You can’t see it very well but I used it as my profile picture on here. Also the upgrades furry cover sheds even after a delicate cool water wash & is itchy as heck ;(

United States | 10 January 2018The comfy sac is NOT as advertised. It is advertised as shredded memory foam, even including pictures of a hand impressing on a memory foam mattress suggesting the nature of the stuff material. After examining the contents, it is clear that the comfy sacs are stuffed with what looks to be variable sized scrap furniture material that has some hard surfaces (perhaps plasticy/rubbery bits) with sharp edges and is uncomfortable to sit on. I have been trying to get an RMA for weeks from this company, but multiple (at least 10) phone calls go unanswered and messages not followed up on despite the claim on the website to respond "PROMPTLY". Instead of a return for my money back, I was sent, without my permission or approval, a 2nd unwanted sack. It is my assumption from this behavior pattern that these sacs are extremely cheap to make and it costs less for them to send a new sac than deal with a return, so they push them on the unsatisfied customer without listening to or dealing with the customer when they want their money back. UPDATED- Customer service reached out to me for a refund. This is good news. Rating changed to reflect this. Still not crazy about the poor product that wasted a lot of time and disappointed the kids.

United States | 09 January 2018I've had a 6ft- brown, faux-leather, sack lounger from a competitor for years. They didn't offer the grey, faux-leather color neck pillow I bought from Comfy. It feels like the same soft material I have in my sack lounger, however. The material snaps back into shape like it's supposed to.

United States | 09 January 2018Wasn’t shipped with the correct cover, they were quick to send out the correct one however once I notified them. Sack seems to be under stuffed compared to the photos but it is very comfy and well worth the money.

United States | 07 January 2018I love my comfy sack! We got the 6ft one with foot stool and it easily fits 2 adults and 1 medium dog. Almost too comfy, as I have fallen asleep in it many times. Great quality, we bought the gray pebble one and it’s nice and soft and doesn’t pick up lint or carpet fuzz.

United States | 05 January 2018Our Comfy Sack is one of the best toys in our house. We have five children who all love to sit in it. We have strongly considered getting a second one. We originally purchased it for our library so the children could relax and read. It's great for reading and even sleeping. I have taken a few naps in there myself. We have the microfiber version and it is warm and snugly. The best thing that we use it for is for flipping. All of our children love to run down the hallway and flip into the bag. It is plenty soft enough to catch even our older children without any problems. Thank you for making our lives so fun!

United States | 04 January 2018I am now the proud owner of 2 comfy sacks! The product is amazing. Prior to finding comfy sacks in 2012, my 3 sons went through EVERY couch and chair in our rec room! Now there is literally nothing that they can break and they love the comfort of the comfy sacks. The covers are washed with ease and there is nothing not to like! The customer service is also exceptional. I recommend this product to every one.

United States | 04 January 2018I am not satisfied with the product. It is lumpy and the outer covering is too big. I have had this 7ft bag in my living room for 8 days and it still is lumpy and is not at all what I expected. I am comparing it to a Lovesac that I experienced using in a vacation rental and there IS NO COMPARISON! You get what you pay for! Also, I have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls trying to reach someone with NO RETURN CALLS AND ONLY A GENERIC EMAIL STATING HOW SORRY THEY WERE AND APOLOGIZING FOR NOT GETTING BACK TO ME! I think four to five days gives you plenty of opportunity to address a customer!
