I'm a newbie at ordering and using flower plugs, but they arrived on time and in excellent condition with very few losses. Thank you, North Carolina Farms!

All of my plants came in absolutely wonderful condition. Not a single one was dead and delivery was quick. The only reason I left a 4 star review is because I put my address on my account and when I got the invoice I noticed the suite number was missing. I called to confirm and they still didn’t put the suite number. I emailed them back to ask them to fix it and I double checked my account again and the address was correct. When fedex received the order they called me because they didn’t know where to go because there was no suite number on the label. Luckily everything worked out and I am glad my plants arrived as they did. I will likely order again if they can get the address correct otherwise I fear fedex won’t want to keep dealing with it and return them to sender.

Well, I placed an order on December 2, 2020, to be shipped the first week of February. After I got the shipment the packing slip showed one tray was not available. Why didn't I get notified about it? I needed that particular color to complete my order to make up baskets. They could have called me or emailed me at the time of my order, but that variety and color were on the list of available plants. So what happened? Very disappointed in the service.

I have received multiple shipments and all of them have arrived quickly and healthy. I highly recommend this company due to their great customer service, quick shipping times and the quality of the plants they send.

We have always received a good product, but this year the cuttings and plugs were phenomenal! The communication is fantastic, We always know when to expect our delivery which is crucial because we live in Michigan and it is cold outside! We had to add to our order several times this year and the process was easy and completed immediately. We love the fact that we can deal with North Carolina Farms directly and not have to go through a broker. Very satisfied customers.

I would have given 5 stars but I did not like how the Russian spire sages were folded over each other and pressed down with paper for the shipping. some of my little plants were too tall to be folded down and this caused some breakage with a few of them. I cut them off at the breakage and will give them a chance to recover. For the most part I am pleased this is a great company and they have a good variety of plants.
