I love ordering from availability. The plants always come right on time, no guessing when they will arrive. This is my second year buying from here, and the plants are always packed nicely and are very healthy.

This is the second time ordering from North Carolina Farms. They are helpful, quick to mail out the orders, give updates as to arrivals, and I like the way they post what is ready to ship for ordering. I will be using them more in the future.

This was my first time ordering from nc farms. Someone recommended them to me so I figured it would give it a try. I ordered 5 flats of plugs. 3 of them arrived in okay condition. Some were turned upside down and the plugs fell out. The coleus I ordered were covered in what seemed to be white mold all on the plug and looked pitiful. When I planted them the next morning, over the day they wilted and were very droopy. I contacted nc farms about the issue 2 days ago and didn’t get a reply.

The Lantana cuttings were way too small.

Always like when getting things on your own trucks not nearly as beat up as shipping with other carriers. When it’s cold too it’s nice knowing they have been protected while in transit.

Some of the plants did not have good root systems. The white impatiens looked horrible. Samantha lantana also looked poor. Some of the verbena and other varieties of lantana were also really small.

I am so impressed with this company. Being a small business, they have many options including mixed and split trays that suit our needs beautifully. Their plugs are so healthy and look exactly as promised. When we had an issue with some damaged plugs,they responded very quickly to rectify it even though they were absolutely not at fault. They even brought my next shipment by their special delivery service! The plants and driver were pure perfection. The material came quickly. There were some pests that were found on three separate types of cuttings. I alerted the company via email, but did not receive any correspondence back.

These guys are great. Good product. Great price. Flexible. There approach of helping us growers to make money, which sustains there business makes a ton of sense.

We had some broken and dead/dying plants. Most of the seedling plugs were in good shape and about 1/3 of my order looked really good.
