United Kingdom | 04 April 2025Terrible company. DO NOT BUY. I placed online order TH18895 for five items on 25 November 2024. I was sent three items. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemails requesting a refund for the two items not delivered. In December Turmeric & Honey responded with: "Thank you for providing images, your request has been forwarded to the refund department to be reviewed. Thank you for your patience." Despite further follow ups, there has been zero communication from the business. £36.58 worth of items have yet to be refunded. Do not recommend at all.

United Kingdom | 05 March 2025I was hoping to update my previous review (made on 3rd Feb 2025) but couldn't. Turmeric and Honey reached out to me in person and rectified all my issues and couldn't do enough to put things right. I appreciated being able to speak in person and felt I was heard. They have removed the spurious line from my account, have fixed the basket issue and kindly reimbursed the postage that I had to pay for the unasked for goods. Their response has encouraged me to use them again as their products are competitively priced and they are selling the supplements that I find help the health of my family. Therefore I ask you to ignore my previous review as I feel that they have moved on from the errors they made and are worth doing business with.

United Kingdom | 28 February 2025I placed a fairly large order with this company, spending over £170.00, and on the main advert on the web site it stated that orders over £50.00 would be delivered for FREE, a day later I received a mail asking me to pay an extra £20.00 towards postage, I think that is rather rude as the web site says all orders over £50.00 would be FREE, never buy again

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025If I could give no stars, this would be more accurate. I had a new member discount. Filled my basket using the discount but decided to wait until the next day to order. Basket was empty but appeared on my account as if I had purchased it. Emailed them but they didn't seem to understand the issue and said I couldn't use the discount as there was already 10% off the site. This was not true as I could have both 10%off site and the new code when I first did my basket. I ordered without the discount and they sent me the goods twice. I let them know. No apology, no thankyou for my honesty but they sent me in the post an envelope and a large stamp to cover postage. Took to post office and it was underpaid postage. I let Turmeric and Honey know and I offered to buy the goods off them with the included new member discount and another 10% discount for inconvenience (1 hour round trip to post office) and they have not replied. I sent again and am still waiting. I will post the goods back to them, paying the correct postage as I will not be accused of stealing, but will NEVER use them again. I am out of pocket for their mistake which they dealt with zero customer service. I have no confidence that they will process my order correctly in the future or deal with my issues in a professional and efficient way or send me the correct postage to return errors made by them.

Now they say they don't and it's on 'backorder' (I'm sure they didnt sell out in the 15 mins between their email and my order placement). I will update this review if the refund my money but I currently consider them to be running a scam. Avoid.

Spain | 17 January 2025Ordered a specific type of thiamine from here to me in Spain, months ago. Customs stopped it and wanted approx the same amount of money as the order, for them to open it / potentially destroy it or send it on to me. Or to return to sender. I opted for it to be returned so I could be refunded. All the customer service email addresses I have bounce back as if I've been blocked (?) And on Instagram since 10 Jan I've been ignored despite being told they'd look into it immediately. I'm without my thiamine and without a refund. Really disappointing.

I have sent messages on live chat and have not received any information yet. The phone number on their website is not working. They did refund but after a lot of insistence and messages.

Ordered on the 5th of December and a very well wrapped parcel just arrived on the 12th December. 7 days turnaround on a large order is excellent! Thank you.

I replied asking to cancel the order and refund, as I had sourced elsewhere. Numerous emails and phone messages later and I am STILL waiting for my refund. This is appalling! Zero customer service. What on earth is going on?

I ordered some Optimal Prenatal MF supplements, but managed to order the wrong kind, so emailed Turmeric and Honey to request a refund 3 days after ordering. I got absolutely no reply from them 2 weeks on. I have since sent several emails, and tried calling multiple times, leaving a voicemail, and have got no reply whatsoever. I don't understand what is going on, but I suspect I will receive a reply to this review with the empty promise of being contacted, but will hear nothing from them. If you are reading this Honey and Turmeric, please contact me so that I can return the supplements and get my refund for over £100.
