I’ve been trying to contact this company for weeks to make a huge order of chairs I sent numerous emails and still no response. I also spoke to a lady on the phone that was rude and didn’t take any interest in what I was saying my purchase consisted of 80+ chairs. Clearly this company isn’t the one for me as I’ve had to go and take my business elsewhere such a shame.

I got what I paid for… the quality is not good. Cheap wood and hardware, I feel it’s unsafe to actually use this product with clients. It can hold a bit of weight but I can see it bending underneath. Wouldn’t use this with anyone bigger than 200 lbs, so I would rather not use it at all.

Ive ordered 2 boxes of decking, only one has come and a set of 2 chairs i have emailed and the only response i got was i would get. A pre paid collection for the chairs, i have emailed when i would get the other set, no reply.

Very poor customer service. Bought a bed from a well known third party app - changed our minds on the bed due to room decorating. Informed them that we wished to return the item, well within the 14 days for distance selling regulations. They finally agreed to a refund and said someone would pick up the item. Waiting in all day and nobody came to collect. Now not responding to messages.

Love this brand, got bar stools from them and live the quality and design. They were very comfortable and sturdy. Definitely recommend this brand/store.

Habe heute den bestellten Pflanzentisch erhalten. Beim Zusammenbau viel mir die sehr schlechte Produktqualität auf. Günstigstes Holz. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Außerdem lässt sich die Schublade nicht einführen, weil eine Führungsleiste schlichtweg nicht angeschraubt ist. Telefonisch ist der yaheetech.shop zu normalen Tageszeiten nicht zu erreichen. Absoluter Fehlkauf. Ich habe mich per Mail an das Unternehmen gewandt. Mal sehen was passiert.

That I got a wonderful cat tower 79 inch its the perfect height for my ginger kitty, but there's no way for a bigger kitty to actually get to the top being it's hard for my other cat to get there. I think there's something else that should or cld be added to the one I purchased to get up to the bigger cat condo and to the top 3 perches. But I like it alot and would recommend others to look at the cat towers you have available. Thank you

Ich habe 2 x 3 Sitzerschlafcouch mit Getränkehalter zu a 159€ bei den Versandhändlern Otto, Amazon und Kaufland bestellt. Es hieß jedesmal Lieferung erfolgt, ist unterwegs. Es wurde dann nach mehrmaligen nachfragen bei Yaheetech sich entschuldigt und es wurde auf Schwierigkeiten bei Hermes verwiesen (3x). Wo stecken den die LKW's? Letztendlich wurde es vom Anbieter storniert. Haben Sie festgestellt, dass die Ware zu günstig angeboten wurde? Sie verkaufen die Ware immer noch. Wo ist also das Problem???

Realicé un pedido en su empresa atraves de Amazon,lo recibí el pasado día 8 y el producto que me llegó no era el solicitado. Procedí a realizar la devolución atraves de Amazon, he recibido por su parte la etiqueta de devolución para reenviarles el paquete pero no tengo claro el proceso a seguir, en concreto si son ustedes los que mandan a la agencia de transporte a recoger el producto o yo soy yo quien tiene que buscar la agencia y enviárselo. Creo que debido a que el error ha sido suyo deberían ser ustedes los recogieran el paquete ya que es un producto pesado y voluminoso. I wrote as you delivered that I am 89 years old with Parkinsons and I did not know the chair requires assembly. I need to return it. The person I have communicated with offered me $10.00 to keep it. Not a good policy. I don’t want $10.00. I wanted to return the chair. I finally hired someone to assemble the chair.

Ordered a bird cage, it was supposed to be two day delivery. Never received. I contacted Yaheetech and now they are saying I will not receive my order until March 14, so my two days shipping turned out to be 9 day shipping. This is the second time this has happened from this company. I will not be ordering anything else from Yaheetech.
