I've had an excellent experience with Yaheetech! Prompt and courteous customer service. Their items ship in sturdy packaging and arrived on time. The things I've gotten are a good quality and have held up through time. I'll be looking for items from Yaheetech first!

I would give zero stars if I could worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, I never write reviews but this process has been so infuriating they deserve a bad review. I ordered an outdoor couch that of course is missing a piece and for three weeks they can’t seem to figure out how to answer a phone or respond to an email or send me the missing part, for the last three weeks I’ve been staring at parts of an outdoor couch in my living room. WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN

I ordered a Dog Play pen and when it arrived I was missing items. The play pen also wasn't as sturdy as they claimed to be and couldn't hold up. I reached out to return and ask for a refund from the company. I packaged the entire set back up into ONE package like it was sent to me and sent everything back. NEVER received my refund. Started chatting with their online chat they are trying to tell me that I have THREE packages when I know that I only have one and my RECIEPT says that I only have ONE!!!!! They just wanted my return so that they can resell my return and keep my money and at this point I am very upset and very disappointed with this customer service with this company.

Ordered a chair that didn't arrive and received a refund. The chair randomly turned up after I was told delivery had definitely been cancelled as I had to purchase from another source at a higher cost. The item was needed for my husband to be discharged from Hospital. The chair randomly arrived 4 days late and was just left at my door. The box is large, heavy and is now blocking a door. I have contacted both Amazon (who are unwilling to help as there isn't an option on their script) and Yaheetech on numerous occasions. Collection was allegedly arranged for a day when I could sort out as I work from home. The collection was not made on the agreed date, no reason has been provided. I now have a message asking if collection can be made in another 2 days which isn't convenient. Absolute appalling customer service.

We recently brought home a green cheeked conure and needed a big boy home for him. This 69-inch Wrought Iron Rolling Bird Cage with play top and stand from Yaheetech is perfect! There’s a slide-out tray & grille with a handle, is spacious & secure, has heavy-duty metal construction, is easy to use & practical AND he’s got his very own little playground! I'm loving the quality. Better yet, it was easy to put together!! Win win!! I also love that it’s easy to move and clean.

Ordered some out wooden flooring, that looked good and was good value. When it arrived it was far better quality than I expected. Shipping was very quick and packaged well and securely. Can't wait to order more items from them to spruce up my house and outside areas. Would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a White bistro set from Yaheetech Via Amazon The delivery service was good and it arrived well packed but unfortunately that's where it ends This Bistro set is so small a grown man and woman will find it very difficult to sit at it and anyone with any mobility difficulties at all will not be able to use it My Husband is 6ft tall so I doupt very much he will be able to use it at all I thought it was a child's set when it was opened up The chairs being very low The legs are sturdy but the rest it lightweight and also the table so I have visions of it taking off in the wind This would have been returned right away but my dear husband got rid of the packaging so it either goes on out patio and looks silly or I have too try and get rid of it Which will cost us £30 with our local council so a good bit of money down the drain We are extremely disappointed

I ordered two sets of umbrellas and bases. I only received one of them. There’s never a way to reach anyone. Amazon says it’s a third party seller so they can’t do anything. Very frustrating

Ik heb op 21.03. bij hun via Amazon een bed besteld. Deel 1 snel geleverd, maar deel 2 had DPD bij vreemde buur "geleverd"! Vervelend, maar contact met de klantenservice opgenomen en da ben ik zo positief verrast worden: reactie binnen 3 uur, vriendelijke, klantengericht en met oplossing!! Het bed was snel opgebouwd, ziet er super uit, kwaliteit en ik meer als tevreden!!! Echte aanrader!!!!

The products came quickly, and they were in great shape when we unwrapped them. The illustrations made the products easy to put together even for someone who did not read English. They looked as I expected them too. I will buy more.
