I bought two chairs from them and Fed Ex delivered a sofa (still sitting outside as Fed Ex will not pick up and return until Yaheetech reaches out to Fed Ex, which they seem unwilling to do and charge me for it). The chairs were delivered almost a week late and I'm no longer at the location. Again, Yaheetech makes empty promises to have Fed Ex return it. I bought thru Amazon. All three companies, Amazon, Fed Ex and Yaheetech state they will return products but do not. Yaheetech will not answer their phone messages and return calls. If you have an issue with them, your are just forced to use a text message system that does not seem to read what you are writing and what your issue actually is.

We are covering a large sunroom floor, that is currently aggregate, with the wood interlocking deck tile. We love it! It is so easy and it looks amazing. Your service was great. So fast and everyone I have dealt with has been so nice.

I received a corner desk, and I absolutely love it! It was pretty easy to put together. It is great quality. And I love that it is a corner desk, which is what I had been looking for. I got the white option, and I love that the side of it has a plug port for two USB ports and two 3-prong plugs. This way, I am able to discrete have everything plugged in. Shipping was really fast; I was shocked at how quickly it came! I would definitely get more items from this company.

We bought flooring and a patio set. Nice experience

I ordered a garden cart on May 11th. Upon arrival, I found 3 parts defective. Long story short, they have consistently lied to me about shipping replacement parts. It has now been +2 weeks since I reported this issue to them and all I have received is lame apologies instead of replacement parts. UPDATE: Yaheetech has offered, on several occasions, to order me replacement parts. Each time I have said yes. HOWEVER, they NEVER actually order them. They only make hollow promises. 2ND UPDATE: 6/02/24 - Still no response from Yaheetech that they are willing to solve this issue. Now they say they can't find my order. I sent them a copy of my order yesterday a.m., but no response from them. I believe their hope is that they can stall long enough that people will simply give up on getting what they paid for. 3 weeks and still no resolution.

My kids love their new bounce house! It arrived before expected, we are very happy that we ordered through yaheetech. This same bounce house was more expensive on other sites.

Purchased a cabinet for £69 which proved unsuitable so returned it at a cost of £21. Yaheetech have for some unknown reason limited their refund to £16. This is a classic rip off supplier. I now have to proceed through Small Claims Court to get justice.

I think Yaheetec runs a business that exploits its own employees, so if they don’t care about their own, why would they care about us, the customers? My experience was absolutely disgraceful and appalling. I tried to cancel my order from them immediately when I realized it was wrong. I couldn’t. They must’ve sent it that moment, because it arrived even after I tried to cancel multiple times. I finally got a shipping label from the company for a return, and guess how much Yaheetec expected me to spend to ship my item back? $124.55. I told them it was unacceptable, and they gave me four other options, that all involved me spending a lot of money. They also suggested I just keep it and give it to someone as a gift. Umm, what, lol? Amazon was not helpful at all, either, when they had to step in because Yaheetec doesn’t know how to act. All around terrible experience. Do not buy from this company. Plenty of other good companies are out there, and Yaheetec will be a major disappointment if you have to deal with them

I ordered a bathroom vanity and while assembling it I found one of the door hinges was different from the others and didn't work. I have emailed you and called the customer service three times with no response. All I am asking for is one door hinge. Do you even have a customer service department or is that just a way to avoid putting wrong parts in your products?

Wife ordered a double bed.Was told it was being delivered.Dismantled old bed and delivery arrived as said,but it was only the storage drawers.Rest of bed arrived 4days later.Tried to get hold of company,but apparantly nobody reads the emails.Shocking,avoid at all cost or learn the hard way.
