United States | 03 June 2024I bought two chairs from them and Fed Ex delivered a sofa (still sitting outside as Fed Ex will not pick up and return until Yaheetech reaches out to Fed Ex, which they seem unwilling to do and charge me for it). The chairs were delivered almost a week late and I'm no longer at the location. Again, Yaheetech makes empty promises to have Fed Ex return it. I bought thru Amazon. All three companies, Amazon, Fed Ex and Yaheetech state they will return products but do not. Yaheetech will not answer their phone messages and return calls. If you have an issue with them, your are just forced to use a text message system that does not seem to read what you are writing and what your issue actually is.

United States | 01 June 2024I received a corner desk, and I absolutely love it! It was pretty easy to put together. It is great quality. And I love that it is a corner desk, which is what I had been looking for. I got the white option, and I love that the side of it has a plug port for two USB ports and two 3-prong plugs. This way, I am able to discrete have everything plugged in. Shipping was really fast; I was shocked at how quickly it came! I would definitely get more items from this company.

United States | 28 May 2024I ordered a garden cart on May 11th. Upon arrival, I found 3 parts defective. Long story short, they have consistently lied to me about shipping replacement parts. It has now been +2 weeks since I reported this issue to them and all I have received is lame apologies instead of replacement parts. UPDATE: Yaheetech has offered, on several occasions, to order me replacement parts. Each time I have said yes. HOWEVER, they NEVER actually order them. They only make hollow promises. 2ND UPDATE: 6/02/24 - Still no response from Yaheetech that they are willing to solve this issue. Now they say they can't find my order. I sent them a copy of my order yesterday a.m., but no response from them. I believe their hope is that they can stall long enough that people will simply give up on getting what they paid for. 3 weeks and still no resolution.

United Kingdom | 22 May 2024Purchased a cabinet for ÂŁ69 which proved unsuitable so returned it at a cost of ÂŁ21. Yaheetech have for some unknown reason limited their refund to ÂŁ16. This is a classic rip off supplier. I now have to proceed through Small Claims Court to get justice.

United States | 20 May 2024I think Yaheetec runs a business that exploits its own employees, so if they don’t care about their own, why would they care about us, the customers? My experience was absolutely disgraceful and appalling. I tried to cancel my order from them immediately when I realized it was wrong. I couldn’t. They must’ve sent it that moment, because it arrived even after I tried to cancel multiple times. I finally got a shipping label from the company for a return, and guess how much Yaheetec expected me to spend to ship my item back? $124.55. I told them it was unacceptable, and they gave me four other options, that all involved me spending a lot of money. They also suggested I just keep it and give it to someone as a gift. Umm, what, lol? Amazon was not helpful at all, either, when they had to step in because Yaheetec doesn’t know how to act. All around terrible experience. Do not buy from this company. Plenty of other good companies are out there, and Yaheetec will be a major disappointment if you have to deal with them

I have emailed you and called the customer service three times with no response. All I am asking for is one door hinge. Do you even have a customer service department or is that just a way to avoid putting wrong parts in your products?
