La cage avait un fond abîmé par le conditionnement (plateau en plastique gondolé) et rendait inutilisable la cage. Après plusieurs photos et explications une remise de 10 euros sur les 90 euros payés me furent proposés, je voulais un retour ou un échange ou un remboursement complet mais je ne l'ai pas obtenu. Après plusieurs communications poussives avec Yaheetech j'ai obtenu 30 euros sur les 90 dépensés. La cage a fini aux encombrants. 2ème achat : le fauteuil avait un vice de fabrication qui rendait impossible la fixation d'un accoudoir. Après photos et explications une remise de 10 euros m'est accordée (çà me rappelle quelque chose) et une demande farfelue : je ne pourrai pas trouver un autre moyen pour fixer l'accoudoir ?. Cette réponse alors que je demandais le retour et le remboursement total du produit. C'est dire le degré de qualité et des produits et du service client. Mais mea culpa, si on me trompe 1 fois : honte à eux, si on me trompe 2 fois : honte à moi. NB : après 2 mois d'échanges infructueux, j'ai réussi à être remboursée intégralement par le site vendeur et non par Yaheetech, le site vendeur s'est excusé alors que Yaheetech me demandait d'être compréhensive tout en faisant de son mieux pour me décourager. When I asked to get a refund and a return label, I was told to just keep it and to accept a $12.00 refund. That is around 10% of the cost. I am still in the process of trying to communicate a return and refund process, but at this time I have nothing good to say about the experience.

It’s more annoying because I had to reach out to find this out. They told me twice that they processed my refund which I never received. Opened a PayPal claim against them.

United States | 04 October 2023Warning: if their product is defective, they take no responsibility. Instead, they'll want you to talk to the selling platform (e.g., Wayfair, etc.) after wasting many days of your time. We bought a desk from them through Wayfair, but it came with damage--a visible, ugly chip on its most visible part, the top shelf edge facing the user. The damage was not from shipping, it was from its manufacturing because the chip is not on the edge, but on the middle of the plank. We contacted them, provided all the info they asked, There was a 7-days worth of them asking us questions, and we answering them. Yes, 7 days. At the end of the 7 days, they told us to contact Wayfair. If that's how they are, they could've told us that from the get-go. But not. They want to play these stalling games, make terrible suggestions (e.g., they ship us a replacement plank, and we have to take our assembled desk apart, and reassemble it.) Then, at the end, they ask us to contact the platform because they do not stand behind their quality issues.
