I purchased this chair from yaheetech. All parts, including tools, were intact. The instruction manual was easy to understand and helpful. It took about 20 minutes to put it together by myself. The chair is quite comfortable, and it definitely beats using an uncomfortable dining chair as a computer chair. I can't speak on the chair's durability, but I may update this review in the future after some time has passed. I'm quite pleased with this purchase. Good price, too.

I absolutely love this little nightstand. It fits really nicely next to my bed and is narrow and long which works perfectly next to my bed. I love that I can plug in all my electronics and I can tuck the wires in the end under the little door. The pockets on front are perfect for my remotes and the other shelves are so handy.

Alle Versuche, schriftlichen Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst der Firma aufzunehmen sind seit über 10 Wochen gescheitert, es wird nicht reagiert. Sowohl die Kontaktaufnahme von Amazon, über die der Kauf abgewickelt wurde, als auch meine direkten Anfragen auf der Firmenseite , wurden bisher nicht beantwortet. Bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer für den Kundendienst in den angegebenen Zeiten wird kein Gespräch angenommen, es klingelt nur. Aktualisierung: es kam von der Firma yaheteck am nächsten Tag eine freundliche Antwort über trustpilot mit der Bitte, die Details an eine E-mail-Adresse weiterzugeben, was ich sowohl am 19.9. und zur Wiederholung am 27.9. getan habe. Man werde sich bemühen, eine Lösung zu finden. Leider habe ich bisher immer noch keine Antwort erhalten? Ist das ein Kommunikationsproblem oder eine Strategie??

Customer service does not pick up the phone or respond to emails. Ordered a bed which comes in two separate parts; they sent the same box twice instead of the right materials. It seems they spend more time responding to reviews here than actually responding to customer service.
