Appalling… ordered a clothes rail, received a bird cage. Customer service insisting I return item before correct item can be delivered! Seriously, why do I have to rectify this company’s mistake!!!

I was unable to find the trick to put the wheels on case. There were no instructions. I call the company. Went direct to voicemail giving the email address to send questions. I did the email with the problem. That was seven days ago. Never received an answer.

Quality it’s not what I was expecting

Bought the Yaheetech patio interlocking tiles for an upstairs deck which is 16 x 12. I'm 62 and in decent shape, and put it together in two hours. Looks great and is just what I was hoping for.

Never received my Product

I have gotten two cat trees from them. They are so nice to work with. Whenever I have a question they always respond quick. Cat trees are very good quality. They don’t have bad smell and very sturdy. My cat loves them so much she spends almost all day on them!

I bought a propane fire pit off Walmart from yaheetech a couple of months ago. It was one of the cheaper models, but it's given me no problems so far, so I'm very happy with it! The build was easy too, so of you're not build-skilled, don't worry about it.

I ordered make us trolley from the seller not only it arrived before expected time it was compact, good quality and already assembled. The material used was of high quality and definitely a great addition to my make up boxes

Ordered a white hanging egg chair, I chose delivery date as an all day delivery where they deliver the item in your room of choice. When delivered, it came in a huge box (of course) but the driver just said “okay then love” and walked off. When finally opened, I discovered no parts for putting it together, no cushion, no cover. (Which is all suppose to come with the egg chair.) Emailed and phoned the company, no reply for 3 days. So I emailed them again and I finally got in touch with them by phone. I then discovered it was a department that didn’t deal with these issues. But they passed on a message for them to reply to my emails. They finally did on day 5 after receiving this egg chair, “we’re very sorry, can u supply photos” but I’ve done this TWICE. I still sent them. Now on day 8, sent a further 2 emails, phoned the company, and still no acknowledgment. So it will be going back because I have no parts to put it together.

Can't be happier with the products we have purchased in the form of cat trees since 2022. My grandkid and absolutely loves these and they've hold up over the years. She absolutely adores them and they are very nicely designed.
