I bought a TV stand. The shipping was fast and the stand looked great. When I put it together it looked so good in my bedroom. The instructions were easy to follow. No tools needed besides a screwdriver. The storage compartments are spacious. The stand has a sleek modern look.I think this was a great purchase.

Good on delivery, received product ordered. Bad on customer service. When I called to get assistance I got voicemail. When some assembly required for purchase, I don't think voicemail and never getting back to customer is awful business practice. As a business owner entrepreneur, this is not how I would do business. Many folks will probably run into assembly snags, and someone answering the phone to help customers is going to get you better reviews. Especially since it is mail order arriving unassembled. It seems many businesses miss the customer service and support that could make you great. I rated 2 stars because yes I received the product when I ran into a snag, no one was there to help, EMAILing your support and leaving voicemail without anyone returning my call is poor customer service and support. Sorry you had to be rated on low side. Oh well, learn from your customers and bad reviews especially when running into assembly snag.

My neighbor has your fence. It looks nice and keeps the dogs safe. Now I need one. I had one issue they were very prompt in resolving it. I recommend their fence.

Very good quality and shipped very fast

I ordered full bedframe from Wayfair and it turned out to be good. It took about 15 mins to assemble it and best part is they gave Velcro slates which are easy to put them and take off. Loved my experience!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered 2 large items, both of which came with the same missing parts. Requested they sent out missing parts, but they then only managed to send out the wrong missing parts - so then had 3 boxes all with incomplete parts. Therefore, went and purchased a replacement product elsewhere and requested collection of incomplete items and a refund. However, it wasn't the product that makes them the worst company to deal with - it's what they call their "UK Customer Service team". - 3 attempts by them to arrange a collection (and at one stage, told me they would only pick up 2 of the boxes as that's what I originally paid for and they didn't want a surcharge to be incurred!); - they are not proactive or show any customer service focus; - you are stuck sending countless emails back and forth, with what feels like to a robot; - no acceptance that their customer service has been beyond poor; - countless emails sent and no - one takes any ownership or answers your questions; - no manager offer to call to provide an explanation or an apology; - and since picking up the items yesterday - absolutely no response from the company that going to process the refund despite chasing twice. Have had to escalate to Amazon to support resolution of refund. And staggeringly, not able to comment on the seller's performance on Amazon, only the product, which given I was sent 3 incomplete items, is difficult to do! Also, now having seen comments on here about them (and also their distributor in the UK on google reviews) - would have NEVER BOUGHT as lots of comments saying the same as me. So, to avoid someone else having to deal with the stress and frustration of dealing with Yaheetech - posting this. AVOID this COMPANY.

I have purchased a product from this company that arrived much sooner than expected. Even though I thought jt will come from abroad and take a few weeks, it came within days to the middle of USA. The product was worth its price as it was of good quality. The company is also very responsive and quick to communicate. I will definitely be ordering more products from them!

The product I ordered from the company a massage table is solid built, and comfortable. Clients like it and it's easy to setup and tear down when I'm mobile. All the items that came with it were quality components and am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased four chairs (2 sets of 2 chairs each) for 230 € via Kaufland. Unfortunately, the chairs were of very bad quality. So I wanted to return the products. Kaufland has a button for that. I used it, which means I asked Yaheetech for return labels. At first, they refused to take the chairs back and offered me 6 € instead (I'm not joking). So I asked Kaufland for help. After some more discussion, they did what they had to do, and sent me one label. One. Although I had received two packages. Not wanting any more inconvenient communication, I tied the two packages together and sent them back to Yaheetech as one - with the one label I received. Three weeks later, Yaheetech still hasn't given me my money back. So once again, I ask Kaufland for help. I send them proof of my return and immediately get half of the money. Half of it! Since I sent them only one big package with one label, whereas they had sent me two before. I'm pretty sure they try to scam me. They gave me only one label, so they can now lie about having only half of their chairs back. Of course I do not accept that and so I consulted Kaufland once again. They try to manage this for me now. What an incredible waste of time. Do not ever buy anything from Yaheetech! The quality is bad and returning is a nightmare. Worst case: They steal your money.

I live in Florida and to find or have shade is a luxury. Having said that, I've purchased many canopies and sadly enough, I have to keep replacing them...until now. I recently purchased one and set it up BY MYSELF, which in itself is a feat! I filled the sand bags to hold it down so it doesn't blow away in the wind. Yesterday we had a major storm and I'd forgotten to take down the canopy. Well to my surprise, it was still there after the storm! The canopy had collected a lot of water (my fault for not securing the cover all the way around) and I dreaded the cover ripping and finding the metal structure bent underneath. I was pleasantly surprised to find no damage done! I was shocked and had to let y'all know this canopy is excellent quality! Very impressed.
