This rating is temporary and conditional. You, yaheetech, advertised that you had 1 bike repair stand in stock, which I ordered. Then, after you got my money, sent me a message saying "Gee whiz, the last item in stock is damaged! We'll send you another new one by the 15th of this month". So our deal is this; you make the shipment by tomorrow and are good to your word, and I'll change my rating. If you don't ship the product by tomorrow, the rating stands and I cancel my order. Update; Realizing that the order couldn't be fulfilled on time, Yahee cancelled the order and refunded my money. So I'm adjusting my rating up.

You need to have areas not served restricted on your website give notice to customers before charging their cards. Then until you get that sorted out you need to automatically refund them, not, as is your current practice, email them stating that they have to cancel their order without any instructions on how to do that. It’s 2022 people. E-commerce is a thing by now.
