I ordered a rolling clothing rack from this company. It arrived very quickly, in 4 days, and was ridiculously easy to set up. I have been using it for almost a month and have had no problems.

I found this company by accident when I ordered a piece of furniture on Wayfair. My furniture was very good quality at a great price! It was missing instructions and I contacted yaheetech and they were so helpful! There are also assembly videos on YouTube if you're a visual learner like me. I was impressed by the packaging that my furniture arrived in. I would definitely order through this company again.

I purchased a TV stand, changed my mind less than half an hour later and decided to cancel my order. I have been trying to reach their customer service for the majority of my day. Why cant a company get someone on the phone. I called several times, close to 20 times and not a single person picked up from any of the departments. I emailed the provided email twice, and I've gotten no response. Not even a confirmation email about my issue. I just want to cancel my order and not get charged. I'm trying to cancel my order before its shipped so no one has to go through the process of shipping an item i no longer want. The last thing I need to to be dealing with a company that cant seem to give a simple response for assistance. I'm missing the majority of my workday fixing a problem that could've been done in 10 minutes over the phone. Edit: even worse by each day as they fail to answer any emails, phone calls, or even this review that they so seemingly care about because of their image but cant deliver what they want to look like. i tried to contact them as soon as i ordered so to not charge my card and ship the item but absolutely ignored me and did it anyways so big go screw yourself. well done on the fake review just hours after i posted saying the complete opposite of me and how they were easily contactable and oh so helped her so much. Edit: next day. your response means nothing to me. don’t tell me to email you with my concern with your robotic response. i’ve been emailed you. again. you’re a terrible company that isn’t worth the hype if you can’t take care of your ongoing customer service problem. you still managed to charge my card. ignore me and send me the package still. check your stupid email for order #: 8191 and you’ll see my countless emails. even better if you picked up the phone i wouldn’t be here wasting my time making sure other people know how lazy incompetent and careless you are

I found Yaheetech based on recommendations from others, and I’ve been happy with everything I’ve gotten! The quality is very good – furniture items are sturdy and will last. Customer service was quick to answer a question I had prior to purchasing. I was also pleased with the fast shipping time. I’m definitely going to buy more items from them in the future.

I bought an item from this company an entryway furniture piece and it arrived well packaged, fast and perfect condition. Everything was as described and the quality is good. I did contact there customer service with a question and they were very helpful and nice. No complaints from me.

Ordered cat tree from this brand and just love it! It came in medium box and was super easy to set up with the directions it came with that my 12 year old did it on her own. It’s sturdy and the material is soft that it is now my cats favorite hang out. Will definitely purchase from them again

Awful seller - ordered on Amazon for a specified date and they failed delivery twice with no communication so caused huge inconvenience, awful customer service - avoid at all costs Edit - in response to the seller below, I contacted customer service many times and nothing was done. This is a completely false claim that they will do anything to resolve. As above, they cannot be trusted and have appalling customer service.

I have ordered a lot of items from this company. From bed frames to Christmas trees to dressers and coffee tables among many other things. They’re one of my favorites to buy from because I always know what to expect with quality. I prefer to go with them opposed to big box stores or more expensive online stores because the quality is just as good at a fraction of the cost. Very pleased with my experience with this company

We ordered a Christmas tree and it was nothing close to what it was supposed to be and I’ve been trying to reach someone from the company to help with a return and refund so I can go and get my family a tree!! I’m pretty disappointed and won’t be using this site anymore due to the lack in customer service! 12/08: To your response I’ve already sent an email to the email address you provided in your response and still nothing!! 12/09: I’ve been calling the customer service number and emailing still no response from anyone this is absolutely terrible and your response is simply make it seem like y’all are willing to help but you are truly not!! 12/12: I received an email and now nothing else no one is responding to my emails from customer service this is absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and at this point will never use the company again feels like they are ignoring me to see if I will allow them to keep my funds and I have a terrible tree that my kids can not use!!

The tree is so beautiful and full after about 2 hours of fluffing (which you have to do with all fake trees). I’m obsessed. The price is very good and affordable compared of similar trees I’ve seen at other retailers.

I love it, tried 2 of the recipes that came with it. The Goodnight waffles are amazing and well worth the wait (8 hours for batter to rest)! The other belgium waffle recipe takes a little more effort and 1 hour for batter to rest (beat the egg whites which is a workout if you don't own a mixer.) If you want a double waffle maker, there aren't many options especially in one with a smaller footprint. This one does have nice features. First the ready lights are on the pans. You flip the light to the top and take out your waffle. Refill, close and wait for the next one. That being said you might try to not be so fast on the fill that both are essentially ready at the same time. Other machines have the ready indicator light on the base. Not sure how you know which pan is ready on those. This one has an on/off switch. Not all of them do. Not essential, but nice if you plan to keep it out or even set it up early. The Cuisinart also has an adjustable darkness setting. They recommend 3, we needed it a little higher (darker). Could be the high altitude of our location. At 6000 ft we also have to increase the amount of flour. This dial does have a silver color but is definitely cheap plastic. While there is a whole lot of plastic in the machine, I feel like making this particular dial a little more sturdy would help the entire machine to feel a little more like it matches the overall price. Plastic isn't necessarily bad, this particular part just feels a little flimsy. Maybe a sturdy solid black higher quality black dial would increase the user's feel of the machine. What this machine doesn't have is an overflow tray. I tried a dinner plate but it wouldn't fit. I found a shallow pie plate fit perfect if this is something you feel you need. That being said, using the included bapper scoop, I really didn't have more than a couple of small drips. I mentioned earlier that you don't want to fill both to quickly so they aren't ready exactly at the same time, but giving it a few seconds allows it so set up a bit so it doesn't run out. Other users referred to the flipping redistributing the batter, but I don't see that. It isn't like a frying pand that you can swirl around. It only flips one way, so I don't see this happening unless you put more batter on the side that will flip to the top which would have to be opposite on every other waffle. I think the flipping is just a way to start the timer and also save space on the footprint and still cook 2 waffles at one time. If you want to make extras and freeze them, they heat up great in the toaster oven or air fryer and even stay crispy. In the microwave they will come out soft. I also used the machine to make waffle shapped corn bread. Came out perfect. One box will make 2 not quite full circles very quick. It can be cooked on a lower setting than the one used for waffles as it came out a couple shades darker.

I purchased an industrial style stool from this company a few months ago and am about to order another. The stool came very well packaged and fast! I only wish it came in a 2 pack because my family keeps moving it from room to room. It is not just well-made but it's also really nice. I love that it's functional, sturdy and authentically pleasing. The only thing better than the craftsmanship is the style. It fits perfectly into the old house we are doing a reno on.

Ordered a kitchen pantry from them and it came very quickly and was nicely packaged in two smaller packages that made it much easier to lift and handle which was nice. There are a lot of pieces but the instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. Now that it's all assembled it looks great!

I received the massage table in 2-4 business days. It contained what was listed on the box. Easy to put together. It’s pretty sturdy.
