Yet again excellent customer service from all at John Grose, kept informed regularly by James Honeywood, he is an absolute asset to John Grose, I have been a customer of them for over 30 years and still receive the same fantastic service as the first time I used John Grose. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wasn't sure what car we wanted or where to start with leasing. We were greeted by Luca on arrival and explained our budget etc. Luca went through the options and showed us some cars. He worked out which car would be affordable to use. All the time keeping us topped up on delicious coffee! We found Luca so helpful and knowledgeable who explained all our options. We quickly realised that John Grose was the best choice. Selected a car and kept informed throughout if the process. Collected out car yesterday and so happy with it. Had to call Luca this morning for advice and even though the sale was complete, he explained everything to me. Excellent customer service! We won't go anywhere else in the future.

Absolutely brilliant service from Kevin Page at Ipswich, on the purchase of my Kuga. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and throughout the process communication was great. Any questions I had were answered quickly, whether by phone or email. Collecing the car was also a great experience, with once was again super fast response to a query about further services, sorted brilliantly by Yasmin. This was my first time using John Grose but it certainly won't be the last.

Used a third patyy to buy a vehicle off john grose. After purchasing The vehicle and having it for a month we realised the cruise control. The hill assist and auto stop start wasn't working. Contacted John grose and they basically washed thier hands of us. Upon inspecting the video they sent I could see when they pressed the auto stop start button it didn't work So they KNOWINGLY sold us a faulty vehicle. I left a review regarding this previously but john grose had it removed even though I provided trust pilot with all the required documents. To prove the transaction was real. Please please please stay away from these people. Mathew Blyth will sell you the world but once that sake has happened good bye Shane on you both trustpilot and John grose. I will also be putting this review on john grose Facebook and Google Reviews and every other platform I can EDIT: They are now trying to take this review down.

In February I dealt with Patrick for the possible purchase of a new Citroen C3 Aircross. I was given the cost to change on several non existent cars which were provisionally reserved by other dealers and never materialised. They offered a low price for my vehicle and warned it would reduce drastically by the time a car could be found. We had to make all the calls for updates and I was made to feel that once my £500 deposit was taken they lost all interest, no doubt because there wasn’t enough money in it for them. We cancelled this fanciful deal and bought elsewhere within days. What should have been a pleasant experience turned into a stressful farce.

I cannot believe this company and it's customers service !! Right , I start from the beginning. Because customers service was not sure what filter I mean !! Firstly regarding the interim service, I asked why my log book was not stamped and dated when they gave it the interim service in May. I was told that they do not require to put this on the log book !! By law, NO you don't , but you should !! It is the right thing to do,as just a word of mouth means nothing, that is proof that it was done , and secondly when I come to sell it it is proof that I gave it a service every year. That is what customers expect !! Although they will do it on request lol. If they told me it was not stamped in the first place I would have !! Maybe they expect me to post it back ?? This only takes a few minutes mind, it doesn't make sense to me. Now let me explain what happened from the start.This is a 3 year old car with just 10,000 miles by the way. After 9 months I had problems with changing gears, I was stuck in the roads twice, the first time I drove all the way back home on 1st gear, the second time I called recovery to take my car to my local garage. I was told by the driver that I must have an oil leak, which I did not. Apparently there must have have been a temporarily block in my oil filter, and it did it twice remember. But if they truly did give it an interim service in May as they said this would not have happened. That is why the log book should have been STAMPED !! That IS proof !! They also keep telling me that they tried to get in touch with the me by i phone and e mail in DECEMBER . Well I never got an e-mail , and a phone maybe, as I leave my i phone in the bedroom sometimes and I do miss calls. Now I understand why they were desperate for me to do the service as they knew what is going to happen If I didn't. The fact of the matter is I could not get the car for a full service on time as my local garage was full and had to make an appointment on Tuesday the 26th. But all of this doesn't make a difference, as it was not a mechanical problem but an oil and filter needed changing, So them saying they did a service in May does not make sense, and if it doesn't make sense it is not TRUE !! I was told by customers service they will investigate ??? lol This all boils down to that they are not man enough to put their hands up and admit they made a mistake, But it takes a bigger man to do that. What they should have said is what they can do to to make this right not petty talk !! Well since I have had enough of all of this, I shall wish them luck and wave them GOOD BYE ... and make sure I will never buy a car from JOHN GROSS again !!

My wife purchased an 8 year old 9,000 miles on the clock fiesta , on first viewing i said that engine is noisey, they said it will be serviced before collection , on the day of collection they drove it a few miles down the road to fill the fuel tank up , a bit of a sweetner and had curculated the oil to dampen the noisey engine , the following very cold morning started it up it sounded like a dumper truck , so no one had noticed this during the service starting it up in an enclosed area ie workshop , i think it had tappet cam follower wear and piston slap BORE WEAR , for a so called established company ,WHAT A SHAM , no one today has any idea about mechanical knowledge ,in the sales department , in some cases probably was working in B AND Q S THE WEEK BEFORE, VERY DISAPOINTED , THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT A SHRUG OF THE SHOULDERS

Been at the John Grose (F&S Tyre and Service Centre) for a one o’clock appointment to fit a tyre. Now 1:30 and no sign of the car going in to the workshop … and the tyre fitting bay seems to be unmanned. What a waste of time

Excellent experience. We recently purchased our new car from John Grose Ipswich, We meet our representative Matthew Blower who was friendly and polite nothing was to much trouble, he answered all our questions and talked us through the necessary paperwork he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, we could not fault the service we received,throughly recommend.

James Honywood at Ford John Grose was a pleasure dealing with. Not a 'traditional' sales person. Took time to understand needs and wasn't pushy in getting the deal done. Well informed on the vehicle, as well as different finance options. Top quality and would definitely recommend!
