Terry Harvey the new car sales executive who dealt with our purchase was very helpful and over 5 months from original order to picking up the car kept us informed very regular of the progress of the cars production and availability. For the last 6 years I have had the pleasure of dealing with James Honeywood, and this is the third car that I have bought through him. It has been a big step for me this year due to the Fiesta being discontinued (it's all I've ever driven) as I was unsure that I could step into a Puma. James was his usually helpful, and experienced self, and went through all the possible options I had to be able to manage the change. It's been great to be able to deal with the same person in all those years as you develop a friendly, understanding, and professional relationship that certainly makes it 'less scary' when you a making the biggest purchase you have ever made.
