We recently bought a car from John Grose, Woodbridge. Ryan and the team were very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. We were not up to speed with the latest technology but Ryan explained and demonstrated it making us feel much more confident about it. We really felt well looked after!

The staff are always friendly and courteous and take the time to explain things. Even if work is done under warranty they will kindly wash and hoover the vechile.

I bought a used car from JG and the service was amazing. I left at least 1 review on Trustpilot prisoning them. I planned to buy a replacement car from them and also recommended friends and customers to JG. They replaced a faulty battery shortly after I bought the car as it was defective. The battery comes with a 3 year warranty. The battery appears to be faulty. I booked my car in with them and was told 'They will check the battery and if it's not a battery fault they will carry out a diagnostic check and charge me £95!' After querying this and saying I only want the battery checked - That will cost me £44 if the battery is found not to be defective. I plugged my battery in to my multi meter this morning and it took me 3 minutes - so JG would be charging £44 for a 3 minute job. I won't be buying a replacement vehicle, battery or anything else from them. Possibly of interest to BBC Watchdog or Trading Standards (in my opinion) for gross overcharging

Excellent car buying experience all round, from start to finish! Ryan was very concise, helpful throughout and very welcoming and friendly. Explained everything very well and was very supportive with the initial online admin / buying process and face to face at the dealership with car collection. Made the whole experience very straightforward and efficient. Would definitely recommend him and this dealership to potential car buyers.

offered me less than webuyanycar.com and i didn't think that was even possible but it is apparently. dont bother part-exing, just go to WBAC.com :) Ford offered me £3000 more for my car so I think on that basis Mr Grose! I'll buy another Ford instead, hold their value much better than Citreon

This was the first time I have used John Grose, Ipswich and it certainly will not be the last. They were recommend to me and Joshua the salesman offered first class service, very helpful and more than happy to answer any questions I had. He went out of his way to make my purchase of my new car as well as the part exchange of my old car as straight forward as possible. A very friendly person and the other staff were friendly, making you feel very welcome and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these to anyone thinking of buying a car.
