This was my first purchase through John Grose and they have gone above and beyond especially when changing my order multiple times prior to build date. All documents were signed online which improves effeciency and reduces time on the day of vehicle pickup. With all the issues facing the industry at the moment I was kept updated by Jack even at weekends on a regular basis which required no chasing or effort on my part which was great.
