Hidden Hearing in Bolton really do listen!!!! Daniel Bingham has a wonderful manner, is very patient - and clear to hear - and takes his time to explain everything. I really cannot fault the service I’ve had from this company - and especially Daniel and also Jen on reception - since I transferred here 5 years ago and acquired new aids. With a fairly profound hearing loss, I can’t function without these excellent hearing aids and I am incredibly impressed by the after-care and ongoing service from Hidden Hearing. I’m so very pleased you were recommended to me by a friend.

The only thing I have against Hidden Hearing is that they do not automatically give me a copy of my audio test results or even ask if I would like one. I always have to ask for it afterwards.
