Very thorough and state of the art equipment. I had been wearing hearing aids for about 6 or 7 years, and found they increased the sound of everything. That was the problem, the surrounding sound overwhelmed the sound of what I was wanting to hear. As a consequence I seldom wore them. Only one day on, these hearing aids seem to enable me to hear just what I want to hear. The phone app, and instructions are very thorough, and I have every confidence that with use the benefits will increase.

The lady my mum saw was very nice very helpful very careful throughout the examination unfortunately she was on her own and had to keep going to the shop door to help people apparently the receptionist was given the day off which was not a good idea unprofessional!!
