The lady was very accommodating & understanding. There were tests done which I haven't had before and the aids we bought were the top of the range, so I am very pleased with their performance. The price is not for the faint hearted though.

Barry Campbell visit me on Thursday was very professional in his work a credit to the company.

First of all the test was done in my home as I did not want to drive 5 miles, pay for parking etc. I also suspected my hearing was perfect and that it would be a waste of time. I was wrong. Colin was very clear in his instructions and explanations throughout the procedure. At the end he had programmed a set of hearing aids so I could see what it was like to wear them. Excellent service.

Gave a good and well explained hearing test and examination. Gave detailed information on how the hearing aids work and how to use the hearing aids to get the best benefits from them. The staff were polite and professional.
