Carol-Anne was so nice and very helpful. She explained everything very clearly. The receptionist ( who's name I can't remember) was also very nice. Such a difference from previous experiences I had when I attended ENT department at hospital a few years ago. I was a bit apprehensive before I went to Hidden Hearing but very glad I went.

The Audiologist that came to my address was totally professional and respectful. He explained fully what he was going to perform for my audiology test. Everything was made very clear and at all times was very respectful. The test was very comprehensive, It highlighted a slight deficiency in my hearing.
