The young man who tested my hearing was very nice. He explained everything to me clearly and I was able to make the right decision for me. At all times I was treated with respect and understanding.

I needed ear suction as I had a build up of wax and saw Justine Godden at the Tunbridge Wells branch. She explained each step of the process to me and was very professional and it was a successful appointment.

The audiology test was well executed and clearly explained. The result seemed to indicate that i would benefit from a hearing aid and I tested one which helped. The sales Pitch became intense and was reminiscent of timeshare sales. We always want to consider such a big investment and we are now doing so.
