Brilliant service from Hidden Hearing High Wycombe. The staff there were polite, professional and incredibly supportive. Despite having to come back a second time due to one of my ears being very stubborn, they were always positive and reassuring that my case could be resolved. Hidden Hearing is brilliant. After a few years of other private aids and the inability to give me the hearing I needed for teaching, I went to Hidden Hearing. For the past 10 years or so I have had bilateral aids that are superb. Ben, the professional, caring and most competent audiologist gives one all the time needed. Gaye in reception is wonderful too and will troubleshoot small problems with aids on the spot. Beware cheaper chains that often have technicians rather than audiologists!

I went to the Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury today for a re-test of my hearing with audiologist Fiona Idriss. She has been my audiologist for a couple of years now. Fiona is such a professional that she inspires confidence and trust. She always allows me time to explain my concerns and is more than happy to address them all with sound, pragmatic and trustworthy advice. I feel that having such a professional, kind hearted, experienced and knowledgeable specialist, as Fiona, I wouldn't have progressed as well in my difficult treatment. She certainly is a valuable member of your team and I recommend her to everyone.

Amazing experience this morning! I’ve been for wax removal at Specsavers before & it felt like a conveyor belt. This was totally different, everything explained fully, ears examined inside & out, wax removal done & then a hearing test. And, there was a promotional offer on of half price treatment, bonus! I would honestly say, the service I received today, from the ease of parking, to the welcoming reception area to Debbie who carried out the procedure, what a welcome relief 10/10 for a wonderful experience & I will be recommending to all!

Hidden Hearing is an excellent hearing aid provide; any time I need an appointment, I'm seen very quickly. The clinicians are very 'sympathique' and their hearing aids suit me very well, having tried other providers which didn't really suit me. They have several branches in the West Midlands area which is convenient.
