The home visit to my mother was great. We had a different lady (Alex) as rosie had moved to a new area. Absolutely no issues and was a great replacement. She did a detailed check of my mums hearing, she very patient and she explained every thing well and was happy to answer my questions (as her daughter)

Poor communication when I need a de-waxing to turn up and be told I could only have a hearing test for that day, which was pointless with 'bunged' up ear canal. I had made this clear from the booking phone call. Just a waste of time travelling, parking etc. Otherwise generally a smooth operation from past appointments.
