The meeting was friendly yet very professional. I liked the sincere interest displayed and I was glad that they showed me what I was doing wrong when fitting the hearing aids in my ears. I could hear much better afterwards.

Tried to make an enquiry through the online chat. They ignored all my questions, just told me to call a number and then stopped replying, even though I still had additional questions. No help, no customer service, clearly there was no interest to help a potential client. I tried a few times to continue the conversation but I was just ignored, so I'll ignore their services.

I was impressed with Katie and am looking forward to seeing how the hearing aids work in different environments. However, having parked the car in the Old Harlow car park, my husband and I couldn’t find the clinic and had to ‘phone the central office to get directions. There were no Hidden Hearing signs to say we were at the right place but then spotted the Whelby Clinic sign. The entrance and the set up inside the building were not very impressive and I was concerned I had made a big mistake in coming to Hidden Hearing. It would have been very helpful to be told in advance that there was parking at the clinic. However, as already mentioned, Katie came over very well. Not sure why I needed to take a ‘friend’ - although my husband joined in the various conversations, he had no real input apart from helping me make a decision at the end - something a friend probably wouldn’t feel inclined to do. I have had an awful lot of communications regarding this appointment which seem somewhat over the top. I have hearing problems not dementia! I attended the clinic at Old Harlow which doesn’t appear in your list.

Sam was my consultant for my hearing test. I felt relaxed at the outset as Sam explained exactly what the test included and what any potential outcome could be. Each stage was not rushed at all and each test was different and through. I was given the opportunity to try hearing aids immediately based on my hearing loss test results which was quite extraordinary and amazingly was an instant improvement. Sam talked me through options and even coloured ear pieces to choose room. No sales pressure, just a follow up courtesy call the next day. Great service and would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

She also explained the effects of stress and work-life balance, highlighting how they can negatively impact daily routines. She showed me images of both my ears, explained my test results thoroughly, and provided really good advice.
