David was really good with me, explained everything to me. I had been having a bad time with my expensive hearing aids and David sorted it all out for me. I am now very happy with them. David also checked my ears and changed out my domes. Adjusted my hearing on the computer and went through my app with me so I could change sound etc plus to help with background noise. I really enjoyed my visit and came out very happy with my review. Thank you David

Lucy is a very polite knowledgeable and helpful audiologist who dealt with me superbly. She answered all my queries and explained her diagrams so that even I could understand. As a follow up I had a query about switching on when not in charger, which she answered easily. Thank you Lucy.

Technically the hearing examination was excellent, Tom was very helpful and accommodating. However we found that after the examination was complete the discussion became a "hard sell" for the most expensive hearing aid. The issue was not the value, but the fact that when we tried to consider the benefits (or otherwise) of alternative models, Tom appeared reluctant to consider our request, but wished to continue pushing for his preferred option. Regrettable since up to this point Hidden Hearing had done an excellent job. We have subsequently found an acceptable alternative.

Visited kingstanding branch with my father who is the grand age of 98 years young, we met Pooja Gupta, who was very nice, procedure was explained to us, my father felt very at ease, the experience was excellent.

Had microsuction done by Wendy last week .great service provide . Wendy always does a fantastic job . Pain free and very gentle . Professional service provided throughout the whole team aswell. I recommend to friends and family 😊

Sam Livingston’s initial testing, fitting and the follow up was first class, attentive and clear at every stage. Audiologist arrived on time, very polite, explained fully why she was there. Unfortunately was unable to finish examination due to client's ears full of wax. Once micro suction been done ring for another appointment.

We can't speak highly enough of Kia Kirk at the Chester branch of Hidden Hearing. From the outset, she was attentive, thorough and highly professional. We have visited three times for my partner's assessment and fitting of new hearing aids and nothing was too much trouble. Kia's attention to detail was excellent and she was always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I didn't have a hearing test as I was advised not to have one. So you ringing me up to go for one was a complete waste of time.
