Hidden Hearing in Tunbridge Wells has easy wheelchair access with everything on one level. The staff are welcoming friendly and competent. On this occasion my elderly mother had ear wax removal conducted by Justine Godden an Ear Care Practitioner. She was extremely respectful, attentive and understanding with my mother and put her at ease, with a wonderful combination of skill & humour. The procedure was conducted competently and successfully by Justine who was careful with a challenging extraction from both ears. My mother felt no discomfort and was given great after care advice to help prevent ear wax build up in the future.

I wish to review my experience with Audiologist Nicola Davis at the Folkestone branch, previously the excellent Hearbase. I first met Nicola 7 years ago when she enabled me to hear again after years of semi- deafness. She fitted excellent Resound GN aids that have served me very well. I have now had new Oticon aids and will test them out. Nicola's service and those on reception has been exemplary. Nicola fully understands the concerns of the hard of hearing and the distress this can cause. She explains everything well and consoles and encourages. Nothing is too much for her. I have not been seen as a sales transaction but as a human being with a special need. She is highly qualified and exceptionally tuned in to individual needs, not skimping on time. Nicola is a very lovely person, the absolute best.

Very helpful fitted me in on very short notice. Very happy with the treatment Gaye the receptionist went out of her way to fit me in. Belinda unblocked my ears very quickly. Massive thank you
