My hearing aids were sorted

Excellent service and quality of hearing aids. Myself and husband purchased intent 1 hearing aids from Fareeha in hidden hearing Leicester store. We were out in a busy setting and found we could hear much clearer than with our previous hearing aids from elsewhere. The quality has been really something different to what we have experienced previously.

Considered I was in the right place with a confident pleasant consultant able to explain the problems I have and how your equipment will improve my situation currently and for the future. Held at Lymington Hampshire

Had ear wax removal today at Hidden Hearing in Hull done by Mandy Taylor. The whole process from start to finish was exemplary!! Mandy put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door. She talked me through everything and then got on with the task! Having ha this procedure done many times before (on the NHS) this was one of the best ! I would recommend Mandy at Hidden Hearing in Hull to anyone!!!!

I didn't know what to accept but was made to feel at ease straight away. Time taken to explain how the ears work and the process of the tests, everything explained so can understand it. All options gone through, and explained. Would definitely recommend

Excellent, everything was explained

I visited the Solihull hearing clinic for the first time around 4 pm due to suspicions of a wax blockage & needing to spend £50-100 to come back another day & diagnose/treat a potential buildup. Amazingly my ears were quickly looked into & assessed in the waiting room for free by Ayesha Rehman - who confirmed that there was no wax issue with my ears. I was then offered a free hearing test after quickly registering at the local hearing practice with the lovely receptionist by providing some basic personal information. Due to it being quiet, I was then seen immediately for around 20-30 minutes where I was put in a soundproof booth while pressing a button against various frequency tones. After this, I was given an accurate assessment of the listening frequency map of each of my ears. Extremely happy, I would 100% go back there & highly recommend anyone else experiencing any ear troubles to do the same! I should have gone years ago instead of putting it off for so long!
