Very patient with my problems with using the app and it was a very relaxed experience.

Had some ear impressions created here in order to get custom made ear plugs for swimming. The audiologist declined to read the instruction sheet provided by Snugs and insisted he'd completed so many ear impressions (especially for them) that he knew exactly what he needed to do for them. He caused a tremendous amount of pain in my ear canal scrapping his took against it that I had to twice ask him to be careful and he basically ignored me. The impressions he then created weren't even partial. They did not go deep enough (both bends) nor did they include the helix portion of my ear. Subsequently the product Snugs then custom made for me based on these impressions did not even remotely fit my ears. I called up reception and discussed above and they were happy for me to come back and see the other audiologist who works here to re-do these again for free. This second attempt was far more successful and the audiologist was very gentle and did a through and complete impression. This is why its a 2* and not a 1* review.
