Very good service and very frendly and polite

Receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The young lady who done the procedure on my son’s ears was very informative and professional. My son has autism and he felt very comfortable at all times. She explained very well, asked him throughout if he felt ok and was very friendly. (Bexleyheath Branch )

Usual good service but no spare battery available for one of my hearing aids, so will have to go back on another day, which is a 25 minute trip each way.

The appointment was very thorough and fully explained. Nicola was knowledgeable with an excellent caring manner.

I suspected that I needed hearing aids so booked an appointment. The Audiologist, Ellie, was very pleasant, very efficient and explained the process very clearly. The hearing Test itself was straightforward enough and the conclusion was no surprise - I needed hearing Aids. The recommendation was Oticon Intent 1 and shortly afterwards Ellie mentioned the price and it was like being hit by a truck!!! I needed time to think about it and overnight I did some research and discovered that Hidden Hearing and Oticon share the same parent company. I felt a little aggrieved that this conflict was not disclosed at the appointment. I further discovered an entity called Audiological Science Ltd who are supposedly the largest independent retailer of hearing aids in the UK, and their selling price for the same hearing aids was hugely cheaper and they offer a longer guarantee. It was a no brainer and when Ellie called me the next day I gave her the news!! 10 days later, and following my appointment with Audiological Science Ltd I am wearing my new hearing aids.

I was seen by David in the Doncaster branch, what an experience. Everything regarding my ears was explained. I didn't realize how bad my hearing was. I have a word for people who know what they're doing and on top of that are really passionate about it, 'expert'. There was nothing he didn't know about hearing, ears or sound. A true expert. The Hearing Aids were something else, the result was mind blowing. I would suggest everybody sees David in Doncaster

Arrived a few mins early and was made to feel comfortable. The audiologist introduced himself and explained in plain English what happens during the hearing test and afterwards explained the results clearly

I submitted my details to be contacted for a free hearing test when the pop up appeared on my phone. A very pleasant lady phoned the following day to make the appointment and there was a further courtesy call the day before,ensuring I knew the location of the business. My daughter and I were greeted warmly by the receptionist,who made us hot drinks. Audiologist Jon,was equally welcoming.He explained clearly and reassuringly what to expect from the visit. Jon was careful to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process and outcome of the various tests. I was reassured by the results and grateful for suggestions on how to improve my television viewing without relying on subtitles. Hidden Hearing will contact me for a review in 12 months. Jon also welcomed our questions and offered advice concerning my granddaughters hearing issues. I would highly recommend this clinic and staff

I attended the Hidden Hearing Clinic in Newark, Nottinghamshire. Jae Anderson was my hearing aid dispenser. She was professional and friendly with a compassionate manner. It took me a while to adjust to my hearing aid prescription and each time Jae took time to explain the adjustments she was making to accommodate my hearing aid issues. Thanks to Jae’s calm and caring approach I decided to keep the hearing aids, I am enjoying hearing conversations more clearly. Thank you Jae ! Saky Gill
