I suffer with psoriasis of the outer ear, which during a breakout leads to deafness and tinnitus. The staff could not be more helpful in clearing the gunk that collects during a breakout.

Guininder Kaur was very efficient and professional. Tests were explained and questions answered. An appointment for one years time made with assurance that should any problems arise in the meantime I should contact Hidden Hearing office. Overall a very successful meeting.

That Dan is able to visit me at home,and because of my health problems I would not be able to visit a shop. I am treated with respect,and any test that has to be done can be done at home. If all the representives at Hidden Hearing are of the same standard,then the company will go far, And I am happy to give 5 stars

Hidden Hearing changed my life just over a year ago, I decided to change to private Hearing aids, oh my, they are brilliant my whole life has changed, I can hear Soooo much clearer, I can hear people if they are talking to me when they are behind me, Sam is brilliant (Audiologist) is so kind and helpful, as is Anna the receptionist, if in any doubt about changing to private don't hesitate, you can pay in installments if you wish.

Clear explanations very professional hearing tester (Miss Amy) - I learned a great deal and completely understood all I was told. She was working in a difficult environment for the bell tests and I was impressed with how she managed this (a lot if external distracting noise). A very good session.
