United Kingdom | 06 January 2018im writing this review about quick quid. i applied for a loan but was turned down even with my very good credit score. i can handle being turned down so that is no problem, the problem is they saved my bank details on there system even though im not a customer. i think they have probably done this on purpose. how many more peoples payment details do they have? i will now be cancelling my card and notifying the police.

United Kingdom | 26 November 2017DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR PHONE NUMBER. THEY SELL IT TO A SCAM PHONE CALLING CENTER WHO CALL YOU CLAIMING TO BE FROM BT HELPDESK AND TRY TO SCAM YOU INTO INSTALLING MALWARE. This was the only web site I gave my number to in the last month, 100% certainty the scam company got it from them. BEWARE. BT DOES NOT CALL CUSTOMERS FOR ANYTHING WHATSOEVER. ANYONE CLAIMING THEY ARE FROM BT OFFERING TO FIX ROUTER OR PC ISSUES WILL INSTALL MALWARE TO STEAL YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2017Avoid these, they are a waste of time.had loans and paid back on time applied recently for a smaller loan and waited days for money to go in that never arrived then wanted bank log in details to view my account then asking for bank statements, never been through so much hassle with a loan company before, would understand if I missed payments before or wanted a higher loan than the previous ones.many better company’s about than these so shop around, quickquid are shocking and make things up as they go,customer services are useless and not bothered about the customer at all or how loyal you are.AVOID

United Kingdom | 10 November 2017So I am currently awaiting a response 're refund on interest charges and additional interest of 8% from this company as they supplied me unaffordable loans in 2013 to 2014. Have seen a lot of comments on the internet about how they will drag the process out as long as they can. So I have kept emailing to keep on top of bit and push them for a quick decision. After sending 3 or 4 emails with no response asking for a statement of account I got a snotty email from one of their customer service robots saying continued emails will hinder my time to get a response. This company customer service is awful and threats like this won't stop me I will keep on with the emails as from what I can see this company like to mess people around with refunds and I'm not having it

United Kingdom | 07 November 2017My wages didn't go in. My Oyster card ran out and I found myself stranded in central London with no means of getting home because I didn't have any money in my account and I left my credit cards at home (to prevent overspending!!). I completed the quickquid application on my mobile phone and waited at the station for about 15 minutes for the money to go in. I was then able to buy a travel card home. I think quickquid is handy for these types of emergencies - obviously, you have to pay interest but it's okay for small amounts.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2017Do not use this company. Tried to pay my loan of early as had extra cash and thought I would pay this so the interest wasn’t as much. They refused to take my payment as they said they couldn’t cancel my direct debit, even though I had already cancelled this with my bank. I had emailed waited 2 days for them to respond with I needed to call them, finally managed to get through to be told I couldn’t pay it off and would need to wait until they tried to take the scheduled payment from my bank. As the direct debit was cancelled my end, I would need to call back 3 days after it was due and speak to the collections team. Was also advised it would go down as a late payment and that I would get an additional charge for that too. What an absolute joke this company is. Avoid at all costs. Do not use.

United Kingdom | 10 October 2017I wouldn't completely say avoid this company but my experience hasn't been enjoyable. I had applied for a small £200 payday loan to fund an unexpected vehicle repair. I chose Quickquid as they advertised they made a almost instant decision on applications and once approved funds would reach my account within 10 minutes. After checking my approval status from 6am till 12pm it still said pending approval, at around 2pm it changed to approved. I received an email with contract attached stating my account had been funded and it may take a "few hours to reach my account depending on who I bank with. (I bank with Natwest which support faster payments) I rang Quickquid asking them why funds had not reached my account, the guy on the line (an American with a very unenthusiastic attitude who seemingly sounded like he was reading from a script) told me they had been performing maintenance on their bank account and my funds would be available at around 4pm, long story short I did not receive the funds until 15:40 the next day!, 33.5 hours after my initial application almost 24 hours longer than I was promised by customer services, I wouldnt habe minded the slight delay as long as it was paid the same day as promised. I understand things can go wrong at times in any line of work/business and I also appreciate the loan to help with my crisis and tbf £80 interest on my £200 loan doesn't seem that bad to me considering the state of my credit file plus my incoming wage I should be fairly comfortable. But unfortunately this is my first payday loan ever and if I find myself in a sticky situation again I don't think I'd use this company again, as a first time customer they have not given me a good impression of themselves and I have also read a lot of reviews from past customers claiming to have similar problems, having too much money taken from their accounts meaning their contract agreement had been dishonoured by this company. I have also read a few 5* reviews where people had loved their service and had the service promised in the advert. End of the day it is a market with big question marks over it, they do come in handy for emergency situations, but if you can borrow from friends or family who could be more lenient with repayments without interest I'd strongly advise that, these kind of loans have a known history of rolling over loans meaning a lot of people have become dependant on them to get by, paying 1 loan off and having to retake another just to pay a bill or feed their children. live within your means and if you do get 1 of these loans make sure it is affordable to pay back within the time stated in the contract before you feel the pinch of late fees and over 1500%APR! my loan was for £200 and i have to pay £35.20 first repayment 3 weeks after my funding arrives, then a second payment of £22.40 14 days later followed by a final payment of £222.40 14 days after second payment, that is where these loans are complicated as the final payment seems to be designed to be less affordable in hope you apply for another loan instead of repaymens being more evenly spread out, id advise to go for a more balanced repayment plan to avoid falling into a slippery slope of debt. My repayment plan is based on an income of £2000 per calemder month after tax, paid fortnightly. I'm sure a lot of these payday loan companies have their fair share of good and bad, I hope my experience has helped at least 1 person with their decision to take a payday loan. A decision that takes a few seconds can have a negative impact on the rest of your life, I learned the hard way. Please borrow responsibly and take care.

United Kingdom | 28 September 2017Love this quickquid. I had a bad accident at home and this was only place I got accepted straight away. Quickquid saved me life literally.

United Kingdom | 22 September 2017Do not use after being accepted for loan and obtaining agreement and repayment details the funds did not appear in my bank account i contacted quickquid to be informed that the funds had been sent to the wrong account number even though the account details they hold for me are correct an they would have to wait up to 10 days for the funds to be returned an if they didnt return then i would still be responsible for the loan. I now have to wait for furthur correspondence

United Kingdom | 20 September 2017DO NOT USE QUICK QUID! Quick Quid will completely ruin your credit history and credit file for 6 years! SIX YEARS!!!! They do not tell you this on their adverts they make it look as though it's a good idea but DO NOT EVER use Quick Quid. Their customer service is shocking as well they do not want to help any of their customers once you've had your loan. Please do not get payday loans they are a very bad idea and I am speaking from experience.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2017I have used this company a couple of time now with no issues, paid everything back on time and all appeared ok. Took out a third loan over three months and again seemed to be fine, have made my first two payments and they send me a message indicating that I can get an extension, so I pressed for extension and they refused. Now they will not talk to me at all. Would not recommend that anyone use them as they do not appear to be very genuine, appear to be working to choice and not considering the customer.

United Kingdom | 13 September 2017Reading other people's reviews and responses to this website I'm surprised a lot of people have had trouble with them. I've been using their loan service simply to build up a decent credit score along with other multiple ways and it's done me wonders. Their customer service skills every time have been spot on when I've had to ring them up, all the payments have been on the date in which I've specified, applying for a 1-period or 2-period loan extension is as 1-2-3, as well as applying for a top up, too! All round so far I've actually had a really good experience using QuickQuid and I'll continue to use them, fantastic.

United Kingdom | 31 August 2017DO NOT USE - I applied for a loan, they then rang my work to confirm they'd sent me an email...(I didn't provide this number so they must have searched for it) I work in finance I could of got sacked for this had i not answered and the excuse I got was 'I'm not sure why we did that we shouldn't of'. I had 3 promises of call backs from managers to resolve this and didn't receive any so have given up. Never using again
