They tried to take the last 2 re-payments in the same month, Claiming it was based on my pay schedule. Who gets paid twice a month?? Yet they managed to take all previous re-payments at the end of the month as per my Actual pay schedule. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET PEOPLE IN DEBT BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY! They initially refused to defer my final payment with no good reason (Id made my other payments on time) ALL the call centre staff are RUDE AS HELL, on every call, no matter who I got through to. Obviously not wanting to effect my credit score unfairly, I sought help with handling them. After sending payslips, bank statements and emailing back and forth, they agreed to take the final payment at the end of the month. Im now having my credit report monitored to see if they claim I defaulted. I was lucky But I believe Each and Every bad review left about them. STAY AWAY! AVOID! ITS A TRAP! RED FLAG! RUN THE OTHER WAY! If you already have a loan with them, don't be afraid/ashamed to seek help in dealing with them.

My daughters bank took payments out of her account for a loan that she knew nothing about for qq.some person had used my daughters details to open a bank account in her name fraudulently.she contacted her bank, and after going through her account, agreed that it was infact fraud by some unknown person and the bank repaid the monies taken by qq.she was informed by her bank that her case was closed.unfortunately qq has since sent emails to my daughter demanding money and threatening to take her to court. 1.my daughter has never applied for a loan from qq.2 if qq gave a loan to some other person it has nothing to do with my daughter, that is their problem..3 my daughter was widowed last year ,and is a full-time Carer for her son..qq are a nasty company of money lenders and it seems my daughter is being pursued for something she knows nothing about.i am worried all this is going to make my daughter ill.if qq doesn't sort their problem out.she will be reporting them to the police for harassment and getting her MP to look into the matter.and subsequently suing for damages.

I can not believe what has just happened ##ALEX MARTIN## I said if I had to pay anything upfront I didn't want a loan,he asked why, my answer was if I had money to send I wouldn't need a loan in the 1st place, he saw a chance to try and get me when at my lowest. HE SAID I WILL GIVE YOU 250 FOR YOUR NEW OVEN SO YOU CAN FEED YOUR CHILDREN OUT OF HIS OWN BANK SO I WAS LIKE WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT YOU DON'T KNOW ME AND THEN......................SLEEP WITH ME AT MY HOUSE FOR 1 NIGHT AND I GET A NEW OVEN I COULDN'T ACTUALLY SPEAK what is wrong with people

awful company based in palmers green north London, but have USA contact agents deal with your query and do not help, they also mark your credit file and affect your ability to obtain credit if you struggle to pay, they are registered with the FCA but do not consider any circumstances should you not be able to pay the loan back straight away, there is only one person that deals with complaints named CRYSTAL and she provides a standard template letter Avoid like the plague. Really unprofessional service.

Awful company. They claimed they had taken my repayment when they hadn't! I'd verified this with my bank and once I told QQ they had no record of attempt, they suddenly "waived" the interest. This isn't the first time they've tried to be sneaky. My next repayment was a completely different card number?! Awful company and awful customer services. They lie and will do anything they can for more money out of you. There's plenty of decent reputable loan companies out there for example; Lending Stream. Stay away from Quickquid!!

I applied for a £400 loan in december after a period of sickness resulted in a low wage. 1st and last time I will ever use quickquid. 1 payment of £49 a second of £89 and 3rd of £489. Despite wanting to repay early I wasnt given that option. So £627 later. . . Well over 55% in interest. They are legalised Loan Sharks! The payments are designed to maintain dependency on them. . . Who can afford to lose £489 from A months income?? You then need to take up their offer of another loan as they've left you so short! DONT USE QUICKQUID.

To start, my credit is awful from previous loans years ago I defaulted on, I am a recovering gambling addict and recently hit a low in my life and relapsed, firstly I had a 600 pound quick quid loan years ago and defaulted on it, still paying it off on my debt management plan to a collection agency now to this day, when I lapsed I had nothing and I tried quick quid to my shock they said I was elidgble for a loan up to £1200 so I took 1000, stupid and hate my self, my view on this is why the hell would they offer me a loan of that amount when clearly if they do a credit search they would see I couldn’t afford to repay it my credit is shocking as I said I’m on a debt management plan and still paying the collection agency for the last quick quid loan! So why would they accept me again if I didn’t pay last time and they had to sell the debt! It’s no responsible lending it’s a joke anyone can get a loan from these crooks, I totally understand it’s my fault for taking out 1000 with them but like I said they have a responsibility to us for responsible lending, I will be doing what happened years ago, I cannot afford a single payment at all, so I will have to ignore them and wait until the loan is defaulted and sold to a collection agency who will accept some sort of payment plan, anyone can help me let me know I cannot afford anything

Had two loans so far, paid off both EARLY, now have a message on my account saying my account is on hold BECAUSE I paid my loans early!?! I’m being PUNISHED for settling early, BAD was to treat customers! You would think paying early was a good thing? I guess they don’t like missing out on the extra £££ they didn’t get from me 😡

This company is awful. Phone staff are American based and so unprofessional. I am dealing with an issue that's their part to sort out, however they keep telling me that there is nothing they can do and that I need to contact my bank. However my bank is more knowledgeable as to what to do. I have never lost my patience with anyone but oh boy did I on the phone to a Yolanda at the change debit details department. Rude, unprofessional and doesn't understand what is meant to happen.

Never in my life have i ever took out a payday loan.. until one day i just so happened to need it, so i figured these things are there to help us and i took out a small loan. The amount i have to pay back rises constantly and so much so that i cant even afford to pay it back now. Very upsetting and frustrating the situation they have put me in has left me in a worse off situation when it was initially meant to help me out short term, and now this debt has turned into long term debt with the amount to pay back rising quicker than what i can afford to pay back. This isnt just affecting my wellbeing and stress levels, but also my faith in these companies as well as my credit score. I get emails and letters constantly reminding me of the rising amount, and i asked one favour - for someone to call me as i am now in such a bad financial position that i cant even afford credit to call them.. funny they say they understand 'hardship' yet they keep rising the amount to pay back when they know i cant call them to enter hardship. I have explained my situation via email and three times i have asked a member of their team to call me yet that seems to be too much hard work for a company that is making an absolute fortune from us all.. its so unprofessional and a con ! No matter how desperate you are for money, please do not borrow from this company. I would have rather borrowed from a loan shark, it would honestly have been a smarter move and that in itself really shows just how much this company doesnt deserve any custom at all ! Thanks for leaving a pregnant woman in this situation.. i hope you go bust ! Ps.. if no stars were an option, that would have been my choice..

I had been using quick quid for small loans occasionally for over a year and always paid them back on time, although my credit limit isn’t great but it is improving. Then I tried to log into my account one day and was told I had been rejected to borrow any money (I hadn’t even applied yet). I called them to ask why thinking maybe there had been suspicious activity on my account or something but they just said that I was no longer eligible due to my credit score, even though it had increased a lot since first getting accepted for a loan. Also the interest is ridiculously high.
