United Kingdom | 07 November 2016The repayment structure for the agreement I took out was rather daft, Rather than payments being split up into equal payments the agreement demanded I make 2 small payments of £40 then 1 lump sum of £680 Unfortunately change in circumstance made it difficult to repay and they were very unhelpful in some cases stating "There is nothing we can do"

United Kingdom | 06 October 2016i have taken small loan twice and all went ok, paid all , -accept second one a minor problem was they took money too early like before 9am and obviously my wages don't get into my account before 10am .however that fine- but the last call I have with the one customer service is very rude, rude all the way when I question why they didn't take the money on date specified. Which they charge me another interest . Which apparently my bank rejected, which when I pay and use the same debit card no , there is no problem . All payment gone thru, She extremely rude, soon as the payment made and money gone thru, the lady said payment gone they , thank you for the payment - bye and hang up the phone. She probably had a bad day herself. Some customer service is lovely tho. But I will not go thru them again.

United Kingdom | 27 September 2016Never, I repeat NEVER get a loan from this company, they are absolutely useless and extremely rude! I had unfortunately became very ill and lost my job and when I explained that I would be starting a new one for 2 months they said they would feeeze my loan and allow me to pay back when I could.. 2 days later I was receiving constant phone calls all throughout the day up until 9pm and constant emails demanding money and saying they would get third party collectors involved. Every time I replied to them telling them that I can not pay back until I start my new job which they already had on file but they would not stop harassing me. Save your time and never get a loan with this company.

United Kingdom | 07 September 2016Can honestly say I've never had a single problem with this company. The staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable. Only problem I've had is when a payment was taken out earlier than what it should've been due to a change of payday following a job change. I rang up got through to someone straight away and the problem was sorted within five minutes.

United Kingdom | 20 August 2016Quick Quid sound like a UK based company, and they have offices in London. But if you are unfortunate enough to have to contact their customer support you will be put through to a call centre in Chicago USA. And there you will have to deal with the worst customer support I've ever experienced. I called them 3 times to make a pay off a loan, each time I was passed from one rep to another, with long gaps in between, on each phone call I was quoted 3 different settlement amounts, and I was told on two occasions that I couldn't pay the balance because the `system was down', or '3rd party payments could not be made'. They made it obvious that they do not want me to pay them the full amount, and it was only when I told them that I'd recorded previous phone calls that they, very reluctantly, took payment. If you need a loan, use a proper UK loan company.

United Kingdom | 17 August 2016Excellent service. Needed quick £200 really for the week before my pay arrived and baaaam! 2 minutes my money was in! and also because I repaid it early, it was much cheaper than the initial extra charge!

United Kingdom | 14 August 2016I had my first repayment day over three times period on the 12th. I had money on my account to pay BUT they didn't take it and charged me extra 15£!!! I took the loan because I just came back from holiday and was really short on money to pay my rent at the time, I thought it would be fine since I knew that I am able to pay, but now it seems like if I threw myself to the mercy of sharks who don't mind making dirty profit over honest vulnerable people. Never again!!!

United Kingdom | 05 August 2016I applied for a loan and I got it, I paid this off early and recently applied for a new one they said I could apply to up to £500 so I asked for £200 and they have declined me which I don't understand why. I paid on time and even early, my financial status has not even changed. This is ridiculous

United Kingdom | 29 July 2016I've used quickquid since 2011.....haven't a bad word to say. Only thing I would suggest though, is to add an option to pay off early online.....rather than having to call in. I also use somewhere else. They have thus feature and it's great.

Jim
United Kingdom | 26 July 2016You get money quickly.. (Hence the name Quickquid). The rest is disgusting . .was told there were 2 extensions available when took out loan, even states on account.. took advantage of first extension when came to pay full amount at end was struggling so went to apply for second extension through website.. extension button not showing so give them a call and to my amazement they told me there was no second loan extension available even though my account still said there was.. after talking to a guy who I could hardly understand asked to speak to manager who told me the first extension was a gift.. GIFT! Not the sort of company you would want to get a loan from as it doesn't do what it says on tin.. STRONGLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

United Kingdom | 15 July 2016I used quick loans quite often and I can say, that this is the worst company I have ever had occasions to deal with.

Danielle
United Kingdom | 15 July 2016QuickQuid are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I sent a complaint to them about unaffordable loans, They took the full 8 weeks to reply and rejected my complaint. It is now with the Financial Ombudsman who have ruled in my favour. They are now dragging this out even further. All I want is what I am owed. Why drag it out? Awful customer service.

United Kingdom | 14 July 2016Used them to get out of a jam - it was a really quick process. There communication was very clear and I felt they were very helpful. As I have read previously the live chat function on the website is excellent - thumbs up to Angela who looked after my query. I am sure I will use them again. Thank you Quick Quid.
